On Saturday, February 9, we decided to go to Manna, for 10 years I have used Manna as the best Dominican nightclub. Unfortunately, Saturday's incident changed that perception. The security personnel who were at the door that day discriminated against us and did not want to let us in for personal reasons, since we tried to enter with two people who were 20 years old and they said no. We agreed not to go in with the 20 year olds, as we understand the company policies. However, upon returning, they told us that we would not be able to enter the club, removing us in a very unpleasant manner, going so far as to call the police.I spoke to the police officer to agree with us and the security personnel couldn't say anything. After the officer asked them, they said it was about the wallet. A purse that I had already used, since we went into the bathroom and then went to look for the girls who were 20 years old.It was the worst experience, discriminating against a person because of their clothing or color. Security personnel must be educated so that their racist perception changes.

Came to Mana restaurant to with the desire to have amazing Dominican delicious food and an amazing customer service. NEGATIVE!! As we walked into the restaurant, it was extremely loud, staff talking to each other and taking a while to take our order. Once we ordered, the server took our drink order wrong. Our picadera came out of the kitchen cold and not tasty at all. The worst thing here at Mana is the customer service. In my opinion, if you want some real Dominican food, do not come here and if you expect to be treated good, like you are paying for everything you ordered, do not come here. The worst service ever. The staff did not even apologize. My family and I will most definitely never come back.

the fact that this is the closest place that serves Dominican food, I think is what makes this restaurant have the audacity that it did. I spent $28.00 on 2 meals, which me and my fiancé drop money on great food with the quickness so we weren't stressing it! It's the quality of food and quantity of food we received. I got the carne guisado (so I thought I did) it was literally just chunks of super dry beef that you can tell was microwaved in the flavorless but over acidic broth. It had no love ! No herbs or aromatics!!! No potato, no carrots! I was so disappointed but the portion size made it even worse! The rice came cold although we ate it right in the parking lot, the "beef stew" came in a small cup! My fiancé had more beans than I had beef stew and that was a main part of my entree, just off that I will never come here again....like ever! Im Puerto Rican so I know how to make all this food at home, i just miss how in New York i didn't have to cook sometimes I can just go out and get some good Dominican/Puerto Rican food that reminds me of back home. My partner had the chicharrón de pollo (fried chicken chucks) so first off the portion was not great again, the rice and beans were both cold and we had literally ate it straight in the parking lot of the establishment so we can say that we think it's been microwaved! The positive is the chicken was very flavorful and seasoned! My partner hates the lil tiny bones all over though he would've preferred them boneless & again way more protein for the price. Safe to say we appreciate the experience but we were left disappointed.

I traveled all the way from Richmond VA, just to try the food and to see how the vibe of this place was, and I’m telling you this is worth the 3 hours drive and more, the food was amazingly, perfectly, greatly delicious, very tasty. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to eat like they at DR!!!! The vibe and food are just like home, loved every minute and the customer service!!
GHETTO PLACE food Is even worse the service is horrible and they try to scam you especially if your clubbing or drinking. Don’t spend a dime here, but they probably sell those too tisk

I have visited Manna 5 times in the last two months. We have enjoyed the food and have not had a bad experience on the phone or in person service. Great Dominican food in the DMV.

If I could give it a negative 5 I would, I came in here and ordered a picadera which I paid Francisco for it, about 30 minutes later his wife comes with the food and gives it to me. But then snatches it out my hands claiming I haven't paid and walked away saying something under her breath. 5 minutes later she decides to ask her husband whether I paid for the food or not and when he says yes, she just comes up to my friend and I and gives us the food as if she didn't just snatched the bag out of my hands. Did not even apologize, I'm a regular customer at this location but I will most definitely never come back.
