They weren't that busy, but the female mgr (who wore a mask so you couldn't understand her) only wanted to put the rice or noodles into each container, stack them up, then make the entire line stand around while 1 person filled all the multiple entrees AND rung up the register. Lack of communication plus lack of employees equals Leave and go somewhere else.

Just arrived at 9:45pm and you are closed! Site says open until 1000pm as well as posted sign on the door, which was locked. Unacceptable. Workers were clearly more motivated to go home early than deal with a customer. Where was the manager? Perhaps that is the problem.

A really tasty treat for a night when I had to work late! My boys age 7 and 5 got the “cub box” (kids’ meal), but I think my older son could have had an adult sized bowl - he loves the orange chicken that much! The lychee sparkling water my husband and I had was amazing.The restaurant is nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the clean restrooms. My only gripe is that the service can feel slow as they have to put together online orders in-between customers - but that’s everywhere now. And if they have another batch of freshly made food coming it’s worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids.
