Food here has been consistently worse than at other locations. Vegetables on veggie pizza were very chunky and the cheese and dough are weird. Also, when I had it delivered I marked no contact delivery and put specific instructions to leave the food at the door with no need to knock, but the driver knocked and called multiple times and waited there for 10 minutes before I noticed. Not sure if that is an issue with the site or any individual for not reading or passing it on. The store in person is fine and very convenient.

Pizza is fine, and I was a regular customer for the last couple of years, but I will no longer buy anything from here because of one simple reason: they declined to sell or offer me water. Yesterday, I ordered a pizza and paid it with Apple Pay. Then, I saw they had bottles of water, and I wanted to order a bottle and pay it with Apple Pay again, and the guy said 'he can't accept that'. I told him I didn't have any cash, he just reacted putting the bottle back to the refrigrator, said 'sorry', and left the place. That's it. Dude, you're selling your own brand, it's a $1 bottle, just accept the payment, or give me the bottle for free, or offer some tap water, or something. Or, cancel my previous payment and charge both pizza and water together. I was really thirsty after a long trip, it's just water, and the behavior was so cheap and and so insensitive... Sorry, this is not a type of business I want to be a customer of.

They're not artisanal, wood-fired, or gourmet, but the pizzas are reliably good main-stream American pies. If you are home and want decent pizza to watch a game or eat after working on your house/car/other project, this is the place for you.

Wow, this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It came so burnt and cooked without any concern or care for quality. My fries were burnt and no seasoning. It was just overall so bad. First and last order.

Not so good. Again when this precise franchise location opened it was great. You could tell from the quality of the ingredients.Today it looked gray and a bit dry with tough crust (pizza bones). I would not recommend it.They also toss in a delivery fee in the final price AND they leave a space after for a tip. When I asked why... guy muttered nothing.Not worth 30+ bucks for a medium pizza IMHO.Not calling them again.

Good. Good food good service everything good out of the 10 pizza places in this area this is definitely the best food I like a lot of sauce. They always put a lot of sauce. The pizzas just always come out perfect I don't know what they do different but everything steak and cheese here is way better than steak and cheese down the street.

The absolute worst customer service from this place. This was my second and last time ordering from pizza bolis from hyattsville. The lady who took my order claimed to be the owner and she mistakenly asked me for my phone number when she really meant my debit card number, due to her frustration she started yelling at me for my debit card number instead. When it was her mistake...I work in customer service myself so I understand how it goes, but never not once did I stoop down to her level of unprofessionalism. She continues to ask for more info with the ugliest attitude. Mohammad also had an aggressive tone when he took my order due to me saying hawaiian chicken, instead of chicken hawaiian. You lost 2 loyal customers, do better for your business.

So disappointed! I usually order from the Pizza Bolis on Eastern Ave, but decided to give this one a try. The only part of my order they got right is my order of cheese fries, my wings I got wrong order, my Philly steak and cheese right order wrong toppings had to end up throwing away…I was looking forward to this as I always score with Pizza Bolis but NOT this location.

Hyattsville location was super helpful, friendly and my order went through right away on Yelp. The turkey sub was large and had tomato lettuce oil and vinegar, super fresh bread. Staff was very helpful at Pizza Boli's when I called and asked a question about my order.
