I called and placed the order at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 942 p.m to pick up my order and the door was locked. I've been coming to there ever since I found about them and I will not be returning because of this. If they knew they would be closed, they should not have taken my order.

This place is sad and stingy. If you get sauce on the side they refuse to put any on the actual hibachi and give you flavorless food with nothing on it and one sauce on the side. The sauce is by far the worst I've ever had as well. Idk who works here but thank goodness they aren't doctors.

My family and I a party of 5 went there for dinner on 2/24/24 around 8:30p. We ordered 4 hibachi 1 with white rice and 3 with fried rice no vegetables and 1 California roll. We all ended up with food poisoning. Tried calling the restaurant to make them aware no answered. Please do not eat there because they are unclean.

They have sign on the door saying that the hours of operation is 11:am to 10pmI showed up 9:30pm and all the doors was lock the guy inside give me the signal that they are closed….I shout your sign say you closed at 10:pm and he continues to show me that they was closed.This is false advertising either you closed at 10pm or 9:30pmVery disappointed because I drove along way to get here….I will never come back to this establishment again.

I placed a Door dash order so I can't speak to the atmosphere. However the food was amazing. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Combo, the Shrimp Bento Box, Spring Rolls, and the Dancing Shrimp Roll. The bento box was my favorite but everything was mouthwatering. I'll definitely order again from here.

everything was going great until I noticed a hair in my food ?? me and my friend were like “this ain’t my hair” because our hair textures did not match what was inside the box. For reference, the hair in the middle, inside the box was the hair found in question. The hairs on the ends are there for comparison. Anyways I am disappointed cuz I love this store but I do not want to be served hair.
