I've been to this location many times now and ever since they got the new machines the coffee tastes absolutely awful. Like burnt awful. Definitely writing this location off from here on, just not worth it.

Do not come here! The girl with the long braids is extremely rude and doesn’t want to work a full shift. Wouldn’t even turn around to acknowledge me and say that they were closing soon and some menu items weren’t available for purchase. Extremely

I've been to this location multiple times and I've had a positive experience each time. There is one younger girl who works there who is always really sweet when I encounter her and is attentive even when I'm tlking time to decide what I want. I've also had a positive experience with a gentleman who works at this location as well. On one occasion I wasn't particularly fond of my drink and the barista happily took it back to make it better. This location is rarely busy and is convenient if I happen to pick up some things quickly in Safeway. Unfortunately, you can't mobile order through the Starbucks app, but I'll continue to drop by this location.

No wonder why this location get low rates, staff was unprofessional and couldn't be more careless of customers needs. Cathey was more worried about talking to the people at the tables next to her ( Safeway staff on break) than doing her job and making the orders.After putting my order on, she took her sweet time to even start doing the drinks, then she had to ask me 2 times again what was my order. Obviously lack of professional and customer service.Admin please pay attention to this

This is the worst coldstone I've ever been to. No one was in there and the staff looked bored without acknowledging me. The gentleman that fixed my ice cream mumbled under his mask. I could barely hear him. When I asked about the waffle cones, he ignored me. Horrible service

Man behind the counter had a bad attitude and turned me away @10 a.m on a Saturday. He told me to come back in an hour. Why would S. Buck be closed randomly like that? He just didn't want to make drinks. Weird.
Never open they always close early so if you want Starbucks at 7:30 or even 8:00 pm don’t go there they would be closed

Please read your orders carefully. I ordered through Ubereats and ordered a WHITE hot chocolate and was sent a hot chocolate instead which are 2 completely different things. It may not be a common item that is ordered but a double look would avoid mistakes like this.
