This place is racist. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to customer service and interacting with us it is very disturbing. I had the cashier walk away from me as I was asking a question as to why my coupon could not be applied. She walked off said something In another Language and proceeded to act as if I weren’t there or just paid. Totally disrespectful. The coupon was scanned and we were told it can only be used 1 sandwich per order so we decided to do two things separate transactions. Now when the coupon went to be applied she claimed that we had used it already but when In fact the coupon wasn’t used until earlier. Now when I wanted to ask a question, she totally walked off as if I were nothing. If that’s how you treat ppl of color, then you’ll never get another penny from me.

i never ever leave a review but i can't believe this is happening rn. i ordered subway as me n my mom were craving it bc 1.) she's pregnant and 2.) i hadn't eaten anything all day. so we order (i get my regular and she gets the philly). we then wait etc etc and we open the order. first, our breads were mixed up. i ordered white n she ordered multigrain which she needs bc she's PREGNANT. then, she finds little cheese n lettuce when she asked for extra. i get olives on my sandwich when i did not ask for any n they left out the black pepper on my sandwich. this is so incredibly stressful for both me AND her. it's rlly sad to see as we used to order delivery n they never mixed up anything before.

I ordered 3 subs from this location and was very disappointed. When I cut into the sandwich there was barely any meat most of the sandwich was just a slice of cheese and tomato. If you happen to go in here please look at how they fix your sub because you will end up eating just a cheese and tomato sub.
This is a new Subway but the food is fresh. The restaurant workers are friendly.

My boyfriend ordered a sub from here on Sunday and ended up with food poisoning. He’s still not feeling well. He can’t keep anything down. And he started not feeling well like a bit after he ate half his sub! Now he has missed work this week but now he’s going to miss out on Thanksgiving!

I came in after work a few days ago and the environment was very friendly. I was served by Teofila and we carried on a great conversation. She was very polite and answered every question I had. The service I was provided was terrific and will definitely tell family and friends to come here when they want delicious, fast, and fresh food.
