So me and my mother went to subway today and as we where getting our food the Associate was very rude and disrespectful I couldn’t get the guys name but he has the worst attitude how can you come over to America from Dubai or India and be so rude and nasty he should be fired immediately a complete idiot why does corporate hire these people. ???? unacceptable

This Subway restaurant location is one of the reason that most subway restaurants will be out of business in the next 5 years. You're better off going to Jersey Mike's! I went to this subway and brought 3 sandwiches for my Mother. The bread out shadowed the sandwich (Barely any Meat). The bread tasted old and chewy! The person making my sandwich complained when I requested more toppings than what he put on my sandwich, as if the onions had come his home. When he saw that I had a coupon he even attempted to charge me $2.00 more. Price is Never A Problem It's The Customer Experience! You're Bette Off going to Jersey Mike's and getting everything you want and more on your sandwich, without the side eye and extra cost. The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are Fresher and Taste Much Better!#Subwayrestaurantsmustdobetter

Sandwiches are good.But the owner always get an attitude. He ask what you want on your sandwich then gets pussed off. Sometimes the tomatoes dont look go od. When you ask for a better ones he gets pissed. We are paying for our food. At least fix it at our request. Then onetime he was mopping the floor with bleach. It was customer's eating in there! You mop the after the store is closed. That bleach or what ever he was using. Should be done sfter store is closed.

i never ever leave a review but i can't believe this is happening rn. i ordered subway as me n my mom were craving it bc 1.) she's pregnant and 2.) i hadn't eaten anything all day. so we order (i get my regular and she gets the philly). we then wait etc etc and we open the order. first, our breads were mixed up. i ordered white n she ordered multigrain which she needs bc she's PREGNANT. then, she finds little cheese n lettuce when she asked for extra. i get olives on my sandwich when i did not ask for any n they left out the black pepper on my sandwich. this is so incredibly stressful for both me AND her. it's rlly sad to see as we used to order delivery n they never mixed up anything before.

I use to frequent this store until the older Indian male that runs the store began charging for each topping ( not meat but hot peppers) that I requested more of. That is not how any other subway restaurant that I have been to does it. Subway is no longer worth the money, Wawa is taking over with their yummy subs and better prices.
Let me in and did NOT make me a sandwich. They said the store is closed. I would NOT have said anything BUT they were making sandwiches for 2 other people as I was walking in. Common courtesy, if you have your sign ON and you do not have your door locked AND you are making others sandwiches you should have made me a sandwich as "good customer service"...NEVER coming to this Subway again....Bye Felicia...

Order in the subway app and selected my customized drink and they refused to give me the correct drink instead gave me 2 cups . I showed them my online order and they refused to look at it and just shouted so we left the store. They have bad customer service and this is not the first time I've had issues with my order at this location in chillum road. they also didn't give me a receipt.
