Friendly service and the cupcakes are amazing! They are moist and tasty, and each one had a distinct flavor (ie, red velvet tasted like red velvet). Had one of the cake slices with rum and Sugar Vault could give lessons to a lot of bartenders about how to make a drink taste like it is worth it. ;) Looking forward to going back and trying other items.

Sugar Vault NEVER misses! I raced from work on a Friday and ran into the bakery with 5 minutes to spacer before closing. The customer ahead of me took the last strawberry crunch rum cake and I truly thought all hope was lost since that's my go-to item. I knew I wanted the strawberry snickerdoodle cookie and grabbed that, then settled on the Amaretto Oreo cake. LAWD that thang was too good! I wish they sold the Oreo Amaretto cake more frequently. I was just overjoyed with this cake on a Friday night. BEWARE: You might want to eat their cakes in one sitting. The cookie was yummy as well but that Amaretto Oreo Cake was BOMB! Get in line and get ya self some!

This place has no business being this good. I am so glad they ran out of the cinnamon rolls because I probably would have slapped my mama after eating one. The banana pudding cheesecake was delicious. My wife doesn’t even like banana pudding but her fork was all over my plate. I highly recommend this bakery, 5 stars.

This place will not disappoint. More than met our expectations. Started driving home late from our trip to the area because I had read such great things about this place (we had more than a 5 hour drive ahead of us). Only disappointed that we could not wait for the cinnabons to be ready, the bakery was filled with the aroma of baking cinnamon rolls. The cupcakes, cheescake cupcakes, and cake slices were all divine. Well worth the travel!!!

I was told about this place by a friend that the cinnamon roll is a must try. It's about a 40-minute ride for me. I don't mind traveling for good food or sweets. The staff was friendly, and everything was ready to go upon opening at noon. The only thing I would recommend is increasing the cinnamon bun limit to two instead of one. My grandmother was with me at the time, and she's handicap. After she saw my cinnamon roll, she wanted one as well. I was told by the staff that she would have come inside to purchase one. I wasn't going to take her wheelchair out of the trunk and push her across a busy street for a cinnamon roll. I just gave her mine. The smile and eye roll on my grandmother's face was confirmation that the cinnamon roll was good. After that, I was sitting contemplating if I shall return.

Been here a few times, the service and atmosphere is always great. The food itself is good and definitely worth trying atleast once. But, everything here is costly, the price does not justify both the taste and the portion. That being said, still feel it's a place to go if you are looking for a decadent dessert in the area.

My mouth watered when I saw the IG post for their banana pudding, so I visited for the first time and ordered it. The IG post and what is provided is nothing alike. That average size container with only four thin pieces of banana isn't worth $13.75, maybe $5 at best. So disappointed. It cost less to make an entire pan. It's bland, dry, and skimps on the banana - not good at all. Wouldn't recommend, it's all cap, and cannot believe the IG hype.

I haven't been since the pandemic started. So I finally had time to drive from Baltimore for some treats. I arrive a bit early so I waited until 12. There was one gentleman in front of me before the doors open. They were still setting up and I noticed the cake I wanted wasn't ready. The cashier stated 10 minutes and there another lady that looked at me as if I shouldn't have asked a question. I sat in my car for 20 minutes and waited and when I entered the items I wanted were available. The Oreo cheesecake cake, the strawberry crunch rum cake, snicker doodle banana pudding. The Oreo cheesecake cake as $17.50 a slice, the strawberry rum was $13.50, banana pudding was$14.00. The cheesecake cake was very good and flavorful the cheesecake was creamy. The strawberry rum cake was good but lacked a bit on the strawberry, I thought the rum would over power the cake and it didn't. Now for the banana pudding it didn't have an adequate amount of bananas or cookies. The pudding was lacking flavor as well. The cinnamon wasn't too powerful.i really wanted to try the Oreo one but they was serving that one. All in all was worth the drive but there is room for improvement. The customer service from the cashier I encountered was very professional this go around. Past experiences wasn't so pleasant and the baker behind the scenes lacked as well. The overall bakery is very walking was clean. If you're going to open at 12 you should be ready completely at that time. I know some items come out later like cinnamon rolls but cold items at least should be on time.

Honest review:The quality/taste, etc is certainly NOT worth the pricing. Not at all.You can't justify the prices besides having to pay YOUR rent. Are we getting organic ingredients or is any of this "good" for us?It's so unfortunate. Nothing I had tasted bad however if I'm going to spend that kind of money, it MUST be justified by the taste. There are less costly dessert options that tastes just as good, if not better.

I was excited about this one but unfortunately, my excitement was not fulfilledNow customer service was AMAZING! Very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door! Here’s what we got: Strawberry Crunch Rum Cake 6/10The alcohol was just too overpowering (and I love rum cakes). I couldn’t really taste the flavor of the cake. Pineapple Upside Down Rum Cake 6/10Same as the strawberry cake. The rum was so overwhelming. There was no balance. Red Velvet Cupcake 7/10I was expecting to be wowed and just wasn’t. It was a basic red velvet cupcake Sweet Potato Cheesecake 8.5/10The cheesecake itself is very good! A nice mixture and balance of cheesecake and sweet potato. But it’s covered with (I think) Cinnamon Toast Crunch…that has zero crunch. I just don’t think the cereal is necessary on this one Peach Cobbler 6.5/10It was literally peaches (that could be cooked more), cinnamon, and nutmeg. I like mine a little thicker and more “cobbler” Banana Pudding 5/10This was a basic banana pudding (with not many bananas to be found). There wasn’t even a taste of banana. Generic pudding and vanilla wafers. While none of the items were horrible, they all could have been a lot better for the price point! I would love to try them again in hopes for a different experience.#baltimorefoodblog #baltimorefoodie #baltimorefoodfinder #baltimoreblogger #baltimorerestautants #eatmorebmore #charmcityfood #charmcityeats #dmvfoodfinder #dmvfoodie #dmveats #dmvrestaurants #eastcoasteats #marylandeats #blackgirlblogger #blackgirleats #blackgirlfoodie #newfoodfinds #boujieblackgirl #wherewebouttoeatat #bmorecity #bmorecityfood ##dmvdesserts #dmvsweets

LLLissssennn!! I finally made it there and they did NOT disappoint! The young lady was friendly and professional, and the shop was neat and adorable. I ordered the cookie monster cookie, fruity pebbles cupcake, pecan banana pudding and a red velvet cupcake. I didn't look around much because I wanted to stay focused on what I came for. Howeverrrrr, I already know what I am ordering next time (strawberry rum infused crumb cake)! I only took a small sample of each of my items because they had Cousins Maine Lobster food truck sitting in front of their store. That was brilliant! I got lunch from there and was full. I tell you, I'm gonna be lovingly looking over at that bag in my passenger seat (buckled in for safety, of course) the whole way home!
