Food is always hot and correct and the employees are friendly, but maybe they're understaffed. Even when I ordered on the app and specified drive-thru pickup, it took a while for someone to get to me at the drive-thru speaker, then when I pulled up to the window to get my food, they had me pull into the mobile pickup spot and I watched a bunch of cars that came in after me leave one after another. Ended up having to go inside anyway (although I ordered on the app to avoid that) to get my order.
Food is fresh, however, This is the 2nd time I visit this Wendy’s where I place a mobile order, and I’m asked to park in the pickup area. I’ve waited both times for ver 15 minutes for my food. Management needs to do a better job about hiring more staff because the wait is ridiculous.

the chicken (ordered a spicy asiago sandwich) was disgusting… it was soggy and chewy. I love wendy’s but this will be the first and only time i’m ordering from here. I have never experienced this rancid quality in the copious amount of times I went to wendy’s. Mind you, i rarely review places but this disgusted me enough to review it one star.

I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. I’m A restaurant manager myself and the wait times are unacceptable, my spicy nuggets were cold and they still put mayo on my burger! The only thing that was good were the fries. You guys need to hire more employees and train them properly.

My experience at any Wendy’s location is a longer wait time than other fast food chains, however this location managed to stand out. After doing an online order, through the app ahead of time, to save time, they redirected me from the drive thru line to a designated online ordering parking spot - where I sat for almost 30 minutes. Finally, upon entering into the clearly understaffed restaurant I could see my order just sitting there on the shelf, completely forgotten, with at least 4-5 other customers waiting to order. Please do better, staff your restaurantsParking: The online ordering parking spaces are hard to navigate because of the curb placement and close distance to the drive thru line. It’s easy to get in, hard to get out
