I ordered online for a pick up time of 2:30 pm. I get there and my request is still hanging on the wall. The cashier (Timoted) makes a poor attempt at trying to convince me that they wanted my food to be hot so they were waiting for me to get there. I explained to him that I requested a specific time because that's when I wanted it. I canceled the order along with the generous tip and I have yet to receive my refund and when I called I was told the manager would call me back. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. Oh, when I arrived all four workers were standing around talking. I WANT MY 37 DOLLAR REFUND.

Warning! If you are considering ordering delivery, think again. I have gotten my order wrong TWICE, first time was missing an item, second time got the order completely wrong! I wish I could laugh because it's comically bad. I added a picture of the "wings," "voodoo fries," and "blue cheese" I ordered AKA sandwich, regular fries, and ranch I recieved because a picture is worth 1000 words.

I have come here twice now. Both times I have asked for a chicken sandwich, and both times I have been given something random that is not a chicken sandwich. Also, both times, the person taking my order seemed confused and made me pay $22 for what I got (which was only supposed to be $9). Definitely not coming back unless I want to be surprised with my food in the future.

Great deal for chicken fries and combos. However the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite stinky. Better for takeout or delivery.
The wings and ranch were great! The fries were seasoned with more sugar than salt which was very strange and they weren’t very crisp. Next time I’ll skip the fries and just got for some traditional and boneless wings. I placed an order online for future pick up and it was ready just a few minutes after I got there.Parking: Free parking lot right out front of the building

My kid loves this place. This is the ONLY reason I go. I can think of a thousand places with better wings. The ranch & blue cheese is horrible. The boneless are mostly breading.

It is 8:53 on a Friday night. The wingstop was INCREDIBLY busy but shoutout to Kevin, he was on the register and immediately let us know that the wait time was over 40 minutes. We weighed our options and decided to order. When we came back the store was still very packed but his attention to detail to the customers. He was the real MVP.
