I had the St Louis Spare Ribs. The ribs were great, nice and tender and easy to get off the bone with plenty of meat. The barbeque sause selection was not up to the meat for me, the KC barbecue and the house barbecue sauce were nothing special and needed more flavor. Overall it was good, just not great.
Me and my wife have tried 3 of these locations 1 in Downtown Frederick, the other in the Middleton area of Frederick, and Urbana the food is absolutely delicious and the portions offered will make sure you will not leave hungry. Gumbo is amazing as are the daily made desserts. We have tried almost everything on the menu, next visit we will work on all the appetizers.Parking: Plenty if parking on lot
