I would recommend avoiding this store if you can, their staff is rude and almost always gets your food or drinks wrong (such as if you ask for ice they still put ice in the drink and give you stink eye if you ask them to remake the drink). I always get customized sandwiches because I can't eat certain things that come on their sandwiches default (like mayo) but while they ring it up correctly I always get a little bit of mayo still on the sandwich and have to go back to the counter to get them to remake the sandwich and they give me attitude. I personally am going to try and find a different location because this is ridiculous.

The person taking orders from drive thru at 1:45 on 3/25/24 would not listen. Repeatedly asked me for the coupon code, when I had already given it (if that’s an issue, coupons shouldnt be offered) and seemed annoyed I had a coupon to use. They spoke over me multiple times. I asked for chicken fries and was rang up for chicken nuggets. Fries were hot. Accuracy, garbage. Customer service, needs a lot of work. Do better.

The customer service is horrendous. Myself and two other cars waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and no one ever came back. I went inside and then the customer service person had the nerve to catch an attitude with me when I question what was the holdup. The place inside was also nasty. I won't go to this filthy place ever again I see why they're ratings are so low

Pretty meh all around, consistent with our previous visits to this location. Limp fries, trouble finding my online order (partially my fault for a pickup/drive-thru mismatch).

Poor customer service. Women on drive thru ignored customers in line. When I asked if kiosk took cash. She seemed annoyed and told me that I had to wait for someone to come to the register. After waiting several minutes I asked about when someone was coming and she told me rudely to hold on a couple of minutes . She never called for help. Having only 30 minutes for lunch I left and went to Arby's. I work in the area and I will never stop in this BK again.

Sevrvice was terrible the mangers ain’t worth damm took to dam long to make burgers and had no customers at the moment I don’t recommend nobody to try it The worst Burger King of man Kind They they wanna treat u like a king But make u feel peasant ps very disappointed then the cash register person had the nerve to be mad when I was the person disappointed

The service was fast and friendly, and the food was served fresh and warm. The mushroom Swiss melt was tasty, but not at all represented by the menu picture. Next time, I will stick with the whopper or the original chicken sandwich.

I was in this location three days before Christmas 7:00 AM drive-through believe me worst shitty service I ever see attitude, rude mean dammit we go to fast food not for the food for the service service after that hand me my back everything was messed up. I believe she did it as the purpose she dropped everything savage hash, brown sugar, and cream mixed together, honestly I don't have a time and I don't want roll my early morning before Christmas. Otherwise I was going inside and dump it to her face never ever I am going to put my feet over there anymore. That's why Burger King goes down and McDonald goes up only for the service, this location it was service I ever see. I hope they close this location soon people they don't have to be suffered for that shitty service.

If I could give this Burger King a 0 stars I would. I just came from the drive through to place my order and the person was scoffing at me because she did not hear me. She then kept sighing, giving attitude when giving my order. She then spoke to her employees cussing saying can they hear. This is unacceptable. I should not have to hear people being disrespectful while on my lunch at work. If you do not like your job stop taking it out on your customer.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. I got a microwaved whopper.... Enough said. Don't waste your time or money. Service was horrible. The area is already sketchy, they could at least provide a decent meal to the customers who risk going there. I will NEVER be back.

You order a 5 piece French toast stick and get one syrup. I asked for another she said its .21 cents so i returned the food..... For .21 cents ... That's crazy its a damn syrup .. Manager needs to do better . its not her fault its whoever made that rule for a syrup.....

You get what's expected from Burger King. Service was with a smile (always nice), and the rest is like any other place. Food was hot and fresh.
