The absolute worst customer service and longest wait times you will experience at any establishment, terrible. I seriously don’t know how they could still be in business. I guess anyone can make it.

If you go here for breakfast, the ladies that work there in the morning are super nice and the food is good.Don’t go to this Wendy’s in the evening! The food is fair, but the two times I’ve been there in the evening the two young women working the second window have both been super rude. The one that handed me the food this evening was the worst. She never spoke, clearly had an attitude problem, and when I thanked her anyway she turned and walked away. And this happened with the Manager standing right there. This is one business that will never see another penny from me!

The fries were cold, the burger was too burnt to eat. It was literally not edible. I asked for no cheese and there was cheese. There is absolutely no thought or care put in to the product they serve you. Unfortunately I took this to go and didn't realize the slop that they sold me until I was home.

Walked in with my wife for dinner at 5:50 and I was told by a chubby guy with a hightop fade that the dining room was closed and it was only drive-thru.. Funny thing is the doors remained unlocked because at least 4 more ppl walked in and they turned them away..

Absolutely the worst. They close at 12. I get back from the airport and on my way home I want to grab a cheeseburger. The girl comes to the window and says she’s off so I asked if they were taking orders and she stared at me like I was asking for a million dollars. The she tells me to go around and the manager says what do you want so I know how long the wait will be and says fine go to the door. Oh I’m sorry was I inconveniencing you from doing your customer service job? What a joke. I asked if you want me to go to the window or door and she says the door. Then the girl that is off is sitting in the dining room in a booth. So you can’t help? WTH is wrong with people. You chose this job I didn’t choose it for you. Should this place even still be here?

We usually go to the Wendy’s in Edgewood but decided to stop off at the joppatowne one this morning, the lady at the drive through severely lacked customer service skills, no greeting at the window, just looked angry and mad to be there, we waited allot longer than usual..the food was the worst we ever received, cold fries, egg was gray, rolls were burnt, bad experience will never go back, if the cashier were nice the food wouldn’t have been such a big deal.

We just left this location and they said the system was down. I know there was another way the manager on duty could have found a way to adjust. Go the old fashioned way and do orders by hand! Took them 3 min to respond to the greeter!

I doubt that I will ever go back to this location again. I parked in a spot at the front door and noticed a young woman with her hands full was having difficulty opening the door. I got out of my vehicle and rushed to help only to realize that the door was locked and OMG the stench of skunk weed. It was so bad that I immediately went back to my vehicle and drove around to the other side of the building. Luckily the other door was open so I went in and placed my order. I could still smell the skunk and thought it must be on my clothes. Nope, the skunk weed lady works there and the smell was so strong that I stood back away from the counter because it was starting to make me sick. The other people that work must be used to it but I’m not. You could tell that she was high because she never looked up from the floor and couldn’t stay focused on what she was supposed to be doing. I couldn’t wait to get to get out of there. I do believe that I did indeed get a contact high. The food was good though.
