I go to this establishment weekly. Initially, zero issues. The past few weeks have changed my rating and made my decision to not return. They are constantly running out of salmon and/or chicken. Whomever is placing the orders for this restaurant is failing tremendously. Awaiting another refund for an order placed online. Please do better!

The little aggressive worker that was talking out the side of his neck. I never addressed him.I was talking to a sweet young lady about the refund I did not receive after I ordered a salmon wrap at the kiosk only for them to tell me they have no wraps available at all.He was very aggressive when I was not even talking to him. It’s antics like this that will have me never support this Low-grade establishment again. Y’all need to do better

I am a frequent customer of Fresh Green. I am truly disappointed to learn from staff members that the Champagne Vinaigrette and Turmeric Vinaigrette salad dressing have been discontinued. Not only are these my favorite two salad dressing these are two of the non-dairy salad dressings. I am vegan and can not eat dairy. I love going to Fresh Green because this restaurant offers a variety of non-dairy salad dressing. Please consider continuing serving a variety of vinaigrette/ non-dairy for customers who cannot consume dairy!

I wouldn't waste my time, energy, nor money to come here. This was my first and last time coming here. The customer service is horrible to the worker that left and said hopes he has job when he returns you'll do better somewhere else. No type of interaction to explain how and what to order....... the salmon was dry AF. The salad was bland. Two little dressings was ridiculous for the big salad. It was over all horrible. I will definitely travel to the other side of town for Kenny's Kale before I ever waste my time and funds at this overpriced disrespectful establishment ever again.Vegetarian options: Only one salad is available for non meat eaters the salmon that's it

Very unprofessional; placed order on the kiosk & they took 4 people that came in behind me who was placing orders at the counter. I had to say something about my order. They said they didn't know i ordered but she gave me my receipt (how she didn't know i ordered). But I finally got a refund from the manager & they TRIED to not refund my tip. I had to argue to get my tip refunded. First & last time ?there. I was in there waiting for 20 mins just to get nothing but my refund.

I’ve gone here before and liked it (although a tad pricey) so I decided to come back a couple days ago. Only one male staff member was working and three people (women) were waiting but my issue was that the music playing was honestly LOUD and INAPPROPRIATE. I could see if it was one or the other but it was both. I love that businesses want to liven things up. But literally the lyrics repeatedly stated “needing a woman between the sheets” and “on top” of the person etc. Where is the respect for others and young kids/families who come in? A pre-approved clean playlist/station is a must. As a young adult who loves music and blasts it on occasion, I get it. However, some people have standards and if you want business, there should be a level of respect that you can provide guests. Not only are people waiting in a slow line because of staffing but they’re being subject to distasteful music while waiting which makes it even worse. Unfortunately, I felt it necessary to leave because of these factors which sucks.
