This is the 4th time I've gone to McDonald's for my family and have been shorted food. By the time I can check the food, I'm home or else I would have gotten the food that was missing.

My husband and stopped for dinner and when we got home less than 5min from the restaurant the food was cold and when my husband opened his sandwich there was no hamburger pattie on his sandwich so I called and they replaced everything but this time the burger was hot and the fries were cold again. On top of that there was no I'm sorry no nothing I work in food service so I understand that things can go wrong but there always seems to be a problem with that location.

This place is so unredeemable at this point. How did you make me wait for more than 10 min for some damn cookies when it was readily available? I would have waited much longer if I didn’t go in than stayed by the window as you damn instructed only to find out you had a bunch available already! Food is as to be expected like any McDonald’s, but customer service is way beyond and below poor. They can’t seem to get this straight even after years of operation.

I stop by this location almost daily on my way to work. It's one of the nicer McDonald's I visit. The food is always hot and when you have to wait extra they throw in a hash brown or even a card for a free mcdouble. The only issue I have is with their preparation of the iced coffee, it's only correct 2-3 out of 5 times lol.

Worst staff and management I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. Waited tonight for 15 min for a drive thru order. Watched them serve about 10 people before us. They clearly forgot to bring our bag. When manager brought out bag, she basically shoved it at me and briskly walked away. NO apology for wait and was rude and dismissive when I told her they need to work on the order that they get the food out when she was walking away. When I checked the bag, the fries were soggy and cold. So I walked into the restaurant. Saw the manager and told her the fries were cold and I needed new ones. She IGNORED me and walked to the back. Then I asked another worker. As I did, the manager yells at her from the back...DO NOT GIVE HER THOSE FRIES. Then the manager spoke to another worker in the back. He came up to me and told me if I wanted fries to sit down and wait for 3 minutes. Rude all around, terrible food. NEVER going back again even though its the only one close to home.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. We placed an online order ahead of time. Upon arrival, I still had to wait in a parking space 5-10 minutes because my order wasn't ready. Then, the order brought to my car wasn't even mine. I was forced to go inside to see where my order was. I had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff including what seemed like two managers ignored me. Ultimately, got my bag, but this is the norm here. This restaurant misses something every time. It's more surprising when your order is correct here than when it's wrong. The staff needs to be replaced with competent people who pay attention.
