A great location to go relax, watch sports, play board games, meet up with friends, etc.I strongly recommend this location if you are looking for a small location to just chill....Great addition to our Charles County Small Business Community.

As one of the few black own establishments in Charles County, I figured I would patronize this business. It all started out great. We were served within five minutes. We got food from another location and began to enjoy our drinks. After finishing our first set of drinks, no one came to check on us and we were sitting at the bar. We tried to get their attention multiple times. The owner came in and only spoke to her closest friends or customers. The owner ignored us as well. I do not recommend this place as the customer service is just horrible. I spoke to the owner before I left and she offered No apologies whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere. You’ll be served better than this place.

I came into town to visit family and stopped at the Bayou Girl Drink Factory. The drinks and the staff were on point. I was surprised to learn they now serve food, and the chicken was so good. It's hard to find good food where I live, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy. The staff was very attentive and friendly! The ambiance was so nice and relaxing. I will be stopping by again before I head back down south.

Bayou Girl Drink Factory received five stars from the start. I've been there countless times, and they never disappoint. The drinks are excellent, as is the atmosphere. People are warm and engaging. The employees go above and and beyond to deliver the finest experiences possible. This takes me to the comment on the November 18th, 2023 review. The following statement was included in the review is, "The owner showed up, saw some ppl she knew greeted them, catered to their every need. Now we've already been waiting for over 20 minutes for our server who's now in the back being a chef. Not once did the owner of this establishment say hello, ask us if we needed anything or anything of the sort. As I observed this, this continued for another 20 mins or so, the empty flight tray was displayed in the front of us. This lady engaged with her homies for the entire time we were sitting there smh... it's only when the patron next to me got her attention she decided to pretend like she cared." Sure enough, I was the patron that was brought up. The review is unwarranted, in my opinion, but when people interact in a fun setting, it's impossible to tell what they're thinking or feeling. Put simply, the one who posted the negative review was the only one who expressed dissatisfaction.

Support black owned businesses they say... Well I did on more than one occasion. I love hefbeats he definitely keeps the crowd going. But tonite 11/17 I decided to take a friend out with me to try the drinks I love. Our server was nice and professional when she was with us. Unfortunately the same server is also the cook, the food is not good and it's just finger food. The owner showed up, saw some ppl she knew greeted them, catered to their every need. Now we've already been waiting for over 20 minutes for our server who's now in the back being a chef. Not once did the owner of this establishment say hello, ask us if we needed anything or anything of the sort. As I observed this, this continued for another 20 mins or so, the empty flight tray was displayed in the front of us. This lady engaged with her homies for the entire time we were sitting there smh... it's only when the patron next to me got her attention she decided to pretend like she cared. I'm sorry I've already been sitting here for her 40 mins, the music kept us there. Long story short, I'm never going back. I'm big in customer service and if the owner of the business can't even acknowledge guest sitting at her bar for over 40 mins that's an issue. The community makes the business and the lack of customer service is not how you get people returning. After my friend spoke to the owner she showed no concern about the service we received, now that was unreal...
