I agree with CiCi, this has got to be the worst chipotle in Charles County. The employees are rude, can't understand what you aask them 3 times and then is rude & loud and want to fight when you try to get help from another worker, the store is dirty, counters don’t be wiped off no matter what, it's horrible if someone is allergic to the dirty mixture of food and smears because the counters stay dirty and food everywhere. One day someone will call the health department. I had an issue with my order and an employee being rude & stated words like she was trying to fight to me I tried to call the store and couldnt get in touch with anyone. I hate coming here and will NEVER come back.

Chipotle, Mexican girls one of the best places I like their balls like the burritos. I usually get the steak, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream burrito. It's really nice I could chips, guacamole and salsa. One thing is after I have it about 10 or 20 minutes later my stomach hurts a lot. I have to use the bathroom. One time I had food poisoning was the food was undercooked. I still ate it dub I'm not wasteful. one location is one time behind the building I saw altercation with two homeless people I don't know they're homeless or not but it look like it workers are the food nice the service is nice overall general four out of five star review I would recommend

They are selling people stale chips and they know it bc when I brought my bag of chips back in they asked me before I could even say anything! But they aren’t getting rid of those chips. It’s too expensive to get messed up food!!!

Went here at 6pm caght the dinner rush going. There was a long wait line. The line went fairly quickly. The staff was working as hard and fast as they could. Decided not to order ahead so the food would be made fresh and hot. The food is always good and fresh. Lots off selection to choose from. I go here atleast once a month and would recommend this place anytime. All the menus are the same, and food is consistent between all the stores, I have been to. Good value for the amount of food you get. I would give them 8 out off 10 stars.Parking: The parking lot is small but there are usally spots available. The parking is tight if you have a large vehicle.
