I enjoy the donuts and coffee here when they are open and available. However, their sign says they open at 5:30am. So if that’s the time they open, then they should be rest to serve. I went in at 6am all three times and the woman working there is just starting to make everything. So when I ask if there are any donuts, she has an attitude and said not until later as if she doesn’t care. Don’t say you’re open at 5:30am and not be ready until 6:30am or later. I’ll stick to the Waldorf location.

So much better than the other donut places nearby. Very fresh and a lot of flavor options. Prices are reasonable too. Wish they took more than just cash as I don't usually carry any, but it's understandable and just something you have to know.

I don't get the few bad reviews. They only take cash. The customer service is fine (that she "rushes" you) for how hard shes working and how busy the store is. The donuts are delicious. Way better than Dunken Donuts

My husband went there to buy me a cup of coffee, he gave the cashier $20 dollars that I gave him to pay for my coffee, when the cashier gave my husband $2 and some change, my husband informed her that he gave her &20 dollars unfortunately for my husband she insisted he only gave her $10 dollars and therefore she cheated my husband out of $10 dollars. My husband and I go there at least 5 times a week to buy coffee and sometimes donuts and we always leave a generous tip. We are very disappointed that this happened!
