If I could give this place a zero star review I would I ordered a iced coffee and 3 donuts. First off the employees act like they have no respect and no customer service skills what so ever.Then received the incorrect donuts and they were hard as a rock now I have one pissed off nephew and sister I will no longer be going to the laplata Dunkin and will faithfully be sticking with the accokeek location.

Please, I'm begging you, turn down the brightness on the drive through screen. I come through at night and have my retinas burned from the sign. It shines with the luminosity of a thousand stars. I swear I now have x ray vision from the light shining through my brain. Great service

Had ordered food off the app and it was my first time using the app. So when I went to go pick up thru the drive thru I told the lady that I ordered on line so I drove around and she gave me a cost I told her I paid online she gets smart and says we'll if u paid on line thru the app then u should of said that I told her that already but she was very snappy about it. I won't be dealing with this dunkin anymore , attitude was horrible at the drive thru for no reason. They need someone that knows how to treat customers at the drive thru.

Tell me why one of the employees went straight from touching the trash to touching the food. That's disgusting. To be fair, the service isn't normally like that, but still. Please make sure your employees handle the food in a sanitary way. I won't be returning to this Dunkin'

if I could give this dunkin donut a 0 star, I would. This is the second time I ordered and picked up at the drive through. the donuts that i picked were not included in the dozen donut. my little one was so excited on our way home only to get home and see that the donuts were totally wrong. we never eat chocolate, 7 of the dozen donuts were verities of chocolate donuts including filling donut and in addition, the donuts were so cold and hard. I felt like crying with my child. I was so frustrated. I called the establishment back to let them know that they gave me the wrong dozen donut, and the person that spoke to me didn't show any sign of empathy. I get it, they have many drive throughs but they just lost a customer. I'll rather drive 20 minutes away to get Krispy Kreme or get nothing. it's sad.

Hands down the best Dunkin' I've been to in somd. I go frequently in the mornings before work (6:20-6:45ish). The drive thru is EXTREMELY fast and the drinks/food are always great.
This restaurant is slow as molasses. Don’t waste your time it’s not even worth your hard earned money.

This restaurant really needs to work on their customer service.I walked up to the ordering area, said hello to the young lady and received no response.I asked if they had pumpkin spice lattes, as I didn't see it on the menu. She mumbled something I could hardly hear. I ordered. She handed me my bag containing a donut silently.When I received my drink, I said "thank you" and she just walked away. This is probably the last time I'll go there for a while, if at all again. I felt unwelcome. Food-wise, on the plus side, the pumpkin spice latte was quite good, though the pumpkin donut I ordered was kind of dry.

Complete trash. No greetings no manners and rude. The place was not even busy and two members working have no courtesy. just now at 9:50 am on Friday the 25th of august there was one car in drive through and one customer inside. Not only did we wait until we both had to ask if our order online was ready but then they didn't even say hello. Just what's the number. I gave them the name since I didn't have the email or text confirmation. I went back to find it. Then she just hands it to me with nothing as it's all melted ice. I asked can I get more ice, she rolled her eyes at me so I just left. Shame our society excepts this type of attitude for employees and serving people. What a joke this area has become !!!
