Today, we greatly enjoyed an early dinner at this restaurant. Having a taste for pizza, we ordered one pepperoni and one Aphrodite pizza (and added chicken to it). They were both very delicious - the best pizza we’ve had in a very long time. We’d highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to returning soon to try their authentic southern Greek food. Our wait staff, Rosa, was a jewel - she was helpful and friendly; you should ask for her. We’re definitely going back!Vegetarian options: Pizzas could be build with vegetables only. Mine had ample vegetable toppings and would’ve been as tasty without adding the chicken.Parking: Ample space to park. Very visible from the street. Has ample outdoor seating too during warm seasons.

Nice Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in Southern MD with indoor and outdoor seating. It's an older family owned restaurant, nice, but no need to dress up. It's a very casual restaurant. We had a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. The staff were friendly and attentive. I had cream of crab soup as an appetizer. It was rich, creamy and flavorful. My only gripe was that it had alot of crab shells (more than normal). The chicken Parmesan was really tasty and came with a side of spaghetti. The tomahawk steak was huge of course. It was tender, flavorful and juicy. A little salt sprinkled on top would've made it perfect. On the flip side, the scallops were good and sweet but a little too salty. The lobster ravioli was made a little different. The ravioli was filled with cheese and it came with a lobster tail on top. The sauce was flavorful but I don't think we would try it again. Overall the ravioli was basic. I prefer to have the lobster inside the ravioli.

Service was fine, not amazing not bad. Drinks came super slow from the bar, and cocktails were not good (we tried old-fashioneds, Sazerac, Manhattan). My Manhattan was the color of beer and seemed like it sat on ice for 10+ minutes in a shaker before it made it to me (watery and bland). Two at the table got the picana steak; they remarked on how good it was the first time they got it but this time it was overly chewy and tough. Happy to recommend the pizza! The one we ordered was absolutely delicious.

The pizza we ordered was good. The cream of crab soup was 3.5 out of 5 to me. I liked that they had top shelf lager on tap. Only downside, I found the music a bit drowning and annoying after awhile. Would definitely go again.

Hi fellow Yelpers, I'm happy to review another SOMD treasure. The Galazio Restaurant provides delicious Greek/Mediterranean cuisine, and as a specialty, brick oven pizza. I may be biased because I am a fan of this type of cuisine, but nevertheless, they're truly a treasure to the area. Something that makes them special is that they provide free Thanksgiving dinners to the community. So let's get into it. The service is neighborhood quality with a smile. Our food has always arrived in a timely manner, hot and delicious. The cost is fair as compared to other Greek/Mediterranean options in the DMV. Galazio is, in every sense of the word, a neighborhood restaurant. Meaning, the decor is simple, yet unique to the intended mood, it's located in the middle of a strip shopping center, and there's really no need to advertise. They are, quite frankly, a part of the community. As for the food, some of my favorites are the chicken kabob dinner, the feta cheese burger (so good), or gyro dinner. (I'm literally getting hungry as I list these options) Be sure to get the pita/naan bread with the kabobs, Also, the Greek fries are a must. So check them out!! Recommendation level - Highly recommend Enjoy the photos :)

Food was delicious. The tzatziki is out of this world. Unfortunately, it costs $15 to try it.
