I took 2 of my 3 sons there for dinner and my son asked for a glass of water to have with his meal. He took a sip and then noticed that pulp was floating around in the glass. I guess clean dishes aren't that important. I reached out to management and the response was " okay, I'll make sure all of our glasses are clean from now on". Now that's customer service....sad.

I have never been placed at a table just for the waiter to walk up to the table so rude. I placed my drink order he left and came back to place my food order with the same attitude to the point were I walked out. I have never felt this type of attitude with any place of business. The customer service provided was horrible. The one star was only pick in order to review.
