The lady that worked the drive-thru window the evening of 12/7/2023 had a horrible attitude. This restaurant really needs to provide their staff with customer service training!

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to everyone in there has a attitude the food is never fresh the three times I've been there they never have anything ready there's always a 10 to 15 minute wait for anything you order and the young lady at the drive-thru if corporate sees this post it doesn't seem like anybody has any ambition please replace all managers and employees thank you

Got 2 specials online that was twice the chicken in the store for less! Check it out before you just go to the store. Food was fresh and so hot I couldn't even hold the chicken for over 10 minutes!

One of the cashiers needs her hearing checked— or maybe her attitude. She always screws up my order. Once I ordered a 12 piece nugget combo and she rung up an 8 piece mixed chicken family meal. Please get her retrained or replaced. Just exhausting.

This evening about 7:30 p.m. on June 4, 2023, I visited the KFC located on Rts. 301 & 6 in La Plata, MD. I wanted to order a total of six whole wings with coleslaw and French fries for my wife and me. I explained to the Caucasian young lady, wearing the black shirt, that if I needed to order two 3-piece whole wings one with coleslaw and another with French fries that was okay with me. She explains to me that she couldn't fill my request because of the wing shortage. I say to her "well what can you do". She stated that she could give me 4 wings with coleslaw. I said to her fine; I'll take the 3-piece with coleslaw. I walk outside and place that order in the car.I return to place an order for 4 wings with French fries. She proceeds to explain to me again about the wing shortage and why she couldn't do it. I told her that it doesn't make sense to me because I have the money and I want to place an order. Another employee, Caucasian male wearing a red shirt, speaks to her, and she explains to him what I'm trying to do. He goes back and I assume he's speaking to the manager, Asian or Hispanic gentleman wearing a gray shirt. The young man in the red shirt and the manager in the gray shirt never said anything to me although they both saw me standing there. In addition, they're no signs in the store stating that there is a limitation on the number of wings that can be ordered. The young lady goes back and prepares my food; however, when she returns to the counter with my food, she rudely, disrespectfully, and with an attitude drops my food on the counter, turns, and walks away.I wasn't going to escalate the situation in the store; I didn't ask to speak to the manager because he never approached me although he saw me standing there. When I returned home, I Googled the store information an effort to reach out to the store owner. However, I couldn't find the store owner's contact information, but I did see a tab that said write a review. I will call the store tomorrow in an effort to reach out to the owner.

Great service, smiley faces, fresh and hot food, fast service. I was traveling from VA to MD and stopped to get a bite to eat for myself and grandson. So it was a nice surprise to visit this restaurant with the service that should be available to all. Truly impressive.

Recently moved near the area and stopped at KFC because we had a good experience at our last location. my husband and I pulled up and the manager took our order which she could not get the order correct after repeating it several times. After telling her several times, we pulled to the next screen to pay and finally the final screen to pick up. It was arguing and attitude all around inside. After getting our wrong food and sending it back we explained the soda was flat also. Well it was an issue we wanted another drink because the manager said she tried it and nothing was wrong. After getting a new drink guess what? It was the wrong drink … we let them know to please give us the right drink. The tone of the manager changed (hearing in the back) and she told the server to “grab” the drinks. After 2/3 minutes of waiting it was a lot of unprofessionalism going on about how many customers they severed that day and what they didnt want to do as employees . At this point if an MANAGER can’t get the order correct, the food correct or even the right drink it’s a big issue to lead a team . It became unethical when the manager came to the front and thought she was going to say whatever she wanted to my husband because we desired hot, correct and food we paid for. Please do not take a job if your going to be ill mannered and unprofessional. The crew members was even flustered. Chick Fil E would have never!! I don’t know what happened besides arriving but we as customers do not need to be involved into what goes on there. Please do better
