Ripe off! Ordered online and picked up my order and when I got home my container were basically empty. We had half scoops of everything. Don’t let me get on the kids meal 4 pieces of orange chicken and and a fork full of noddles. Never will I return to this location. Will stick will the Waldorf location.

I walked inn and they had only orange chicken available. I asked for kung pao chicken and I was told they didn’t have it and they were not willing to make itThey told me to get what they had orange chicken . They had a big attitude. Very poor service.

The fact that ownership/management haven’t replied to the MANY complaints regarding the following issues should tell you all you need to know about them. I don’t blame the employees one bit, they’re just trying to make their money. It’s the leadership, or lack of rather, that seems to be the problem.Issues so far in the reviews:CleanlinessPortion sizesEarly closing (as early as 8:45)Poor customer serviceLying to customers (refund policy is actually pretty easy)This was my latest experience here:Let me start by acknowledging that I attempted to eat here 45 minutes before closing.This location says it closes at 9:30pm (both inside and drive through), but when I stopped by to pick up some late dinner it was closed. Doors were locked and food was out of the warmers. I get it that maybe they wanted to get a jump on closing duties but come on, 45 minutes early? I thought, ok fine, I’ll just hit the drive through. Nope, instead of being able to place an order, I get a small list of what I can order because they aren’t making any more food! Why say that you’re open until a certain time, you should be willing to serve your customers until that time. If you’re only open until the food is gone, then maybe you should advertise as so.This is frustrating for those of us that typically place online orders and expect to be able to pick up anytime before the advertised closing hours.

This location is terrible. Went through the drive thru last night and got 2 bowls one with fried rice and orange chicken the other was white rice and sweet fire chicken. Within 2 hours my son and were sick and vomiting.

The bowl prep was terrible with like 4 pieces of chicken. I wasn’t acknowledged in the drive through until i said hello over 3 times at 8pm they begin closing up and shutting down but don’t close until 10 so most of the items on the menus aren’t even available.

After multiple mistakes in my orders here over the past six months, I have finally learned my lesson and won't be back. I went through the drive thru at about 7pm - the only customer. I ordered a la carte honey walnut shrimp and rice. When I got home, I discovered that there was a box of rice in the bag but no honey walnut shrimp. I called and the manager offered to replace the food but I live an hour away so that isn't going to do me much good. I now have a $20 box of white rice to enjoy for dinner. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again if it were the last restaurant in the area.
