This is what you would expect from Taco Bell. My order when I go there is always correct. I have received doordash orders from this location that were wrong ( missing items but nothing too crazy ) my order the other day had some me crazy portioning ! Extra meat for free lol

The food is nice but after I screamed my brains off in the bathroom. I had food poisoning and it wasn't pleasant. The food is good but the after math is horrible. 1/10 don't recommend

So rude!! As soon as we walked im, 30 minutes before the lobby closing.. they literally told us get out because they already cleaned.. how rude are they? The floor was so sticky, it stunk! They were so rude and so gross.. do not come here! Go to the one in King George! Please don't go here.. This taco bells people are really rude. Go to King George instead. Do not recommend, and never will.

Ordered through the kiosk for a carryout order. Everything was accurate, food made fresh to order, the lobby/dining area was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Workers were friendly, and very fast preparing my order. Great job!!!Parking: Clean parking lot.

Initially, it was difficult working with the lady taking my drive-through order, which was a small chicken quesediilla and a small diet Pepsi mixed with lemonade.After we resolved my order, everything was fine.The facility located directly off of 301 Crain Highway in La Plata, Maryland, has been recently modernized and looks great, and the food is consistent with Taco Bell's standards. ?I hope they bring back the "Enchorito!" ?Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap available, however I'm unsure if the prep and ingredients in making the veggie option is 100% vegan.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant accommodates modifications to your menu choice, such as ordering a burrito without beans, adding extra ingredients, etc. There may be an upcharge for requesting this service.Parking: Ample parking unless it's added commuter traffic.Kid-friendliness: The facility provides the standard "eat-in" fast food environment.Wheelchair accessibility: I observed a couple of people park in the handicapped parking area, which is directly outside the entrance, and although the doors weren't automatic, using their cane, they appeared able to easily open the door.
Imagine yourself after a long and unforgiving day of work and decide you want a taco from Taco Bell. Then you get handed a burrito with no labels. Speechless. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but I’ve never been handed what seemed like somebody else’s order.

Its a "modern day" tacobell. No longer reasonably priced, dont follow any promotions, food is sloppy & skimpy, staff jokes around & plays in the kitchen, etc. Same as every Tacobell in Charles
Food is good for what you expect from Taco Bell. I've been here several times now, and it's overall disappointing. Sometimes food is missing from your order. I've also experienced very poor wait times. Not exactly fast food if you're waiting 20-30 minutes. So yeah. Hard to recommend if you're travelling through the area. Go to another on the way.

this is the first Taco Bell that made all the food like the ads. I had the best Crunchwrap supreme of my life here. I’ll think about it the rest of my life. I might start driving 2 hours once a month to get the Crunchwrap supreme from this Taco Bell.Also the drivethrough folks were nice and that’s cool.
