Was not impressed with the BBQ. It did not have the smokey, bbq taste you would expect, and worst of all it was dry. Not sure if it was an off night for them, but none of our group enjoyed their food. The server did well taking care of us on a busy night but we will continue our search for a go to bbq joint.

Sorry to say that the pork chop in the carryout sampler platter #1 was NOT fresh- not completely spoiled, but NOT fresh, and NOT a different flavor simply from barbequing. Called and spoke to a manager, he offered complimentary platter replacement, I may take it, but doubtful, not our usual weekend trek. Sauce is red, but vinegar based, brisket pieces are very lean, so easily dry, burned ends - at least Dickies offers that as an option, 2 ribs ok. I think they need a different cook.

Stopped to treat myself to ice cream after along day of Doctor's appointments. My change was dropped in my hand. My cone was shoved in myhand. A few miles down the road the bottom feel off the cone. The top of the cone was crushed on the side like someone's thumb broke into it. Really, bad experience. I've eaten here for years! Im not planning to go back. Prayerfully the color of my skin did not play a role in the treatment i received.

Food horrific. Baby back ribs dry and tasteless. Leftover from previous day? Catfish was heavily breaded and retained the grease it was fried in. We have been eating there for years and never had a bad meal until a month ago. This was our second chance try to see if the bad food was just a one time bad deal. Nope, it was just as bad. Server was unapologetic and did not care if we were not happy. Two strikes and they are on my banned-for-life list. It’s a shame to see a once good restaurant go downhill.

First time dining here with my parents last night. Food: 1/2 rack baby back with fries and slaw: - I just wasn't excited about the rib flavor. I was happy with how they were cooked but the bbq sauce just tasted like Kraft - fries are the 'steak cut' fries with no seasoning. Normally I hate fries like this and won't even eat them, but these were cooked quite well -slaw was my favorite part of my meal. Light and fresh. I wish I had ordered 2 slaw sides Service: It's a small space, but it was packed and there was only 1 server who was very overwhelmed and kept making mistakes. My dad ordered a full rack of ribs and only got half. My mom asked for no fries and got fries and when the time for the bill came, it was the entirely wrong bill (but somehow correct table number). We placed our order before the place filled up, so I can't really point to the hustle for the errors there. So - meh ribs- not good service, I won't be back.

The most amazing chicken and fries you will ever eat anywhere ! I got wisdom teeth surgery not too long ago and was in serious pain , couldn't eat for 2 weeks . All i wanted to do was to come to this place and eat .

Always a pleasure to drop in and to go with the day's special. We enjoyed big helpings of beef tips with gravy on noodles and a plate sized chicken casadea...and, of course, fried stringbeans as a starter. It's still COVID19 compliant and comfortable. Regrettably, Anna has left, but a pleasant group of servers has stepped in.

BBQ is much improved. It was good before but it's actually gotten better. That's cool. Eating inside at tables is good too. Can't say the same for the carry out window. What a confused group. Just go inside and enjoy yourself
