I order Chai Bananna Boosts quite frequently and they are awesome. I ordered one today that arrived with two whole dates, iningredients unmixed and the ice was like drinking gravel. I totally understand a mess up, but I do not understand bascially hanging up on me and telling me to call UberEats. UberEats has no category for "unmixed ingredients and no sweetner". It is terrible that a restaurant will not stand behind their quality even when using a third-party delivery. See the pics.whole dates and chunks of ice. Not the treat I was longing for.

I had to suddenly cancel a pick order emu car wouldn't start. I called the store and the manager was really nice. She offered to refund me or credit me for another day. I chose the later. Came in this morning and she hooked me right up!! Nice to see a fast food joint with great customer service!!

After my morning work out , I grab a smoothie and head to work. The wonderful work that is there everyday , is the best! I always forget her name but she always knows my order, always polite and always has the order right! Super fast too ! Y’all are the best! Keep it up !

Absolutely horrible customer service from the girls working in here. I ordered two smoothies in the app and came back after going in another store cause they were awful with no taste at all. The girl said she didn’t know how to do a refund through the app and called her manager. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because of the way I ordered the smoothie. Then another girl was suppose to be remaking it and the MANAGER on the line said she was not allowed to. So not only are the girls working horrible but the manager wasn’t even willing to correct the issue when their employee made a smoothie with zero taste to it. Wasted $20 in smoothies because they don’t know how to properly make a simple 2 fruit smoothie.

Lately the smoothies have been much better. There's only a few girls that I won't order if they are gonna make my smoothie. Some of them aren't very nice to me Because I'm picky. I picked up a doordash order the other day with 5 and they didn't give me any straws. That's one of the girls that I don't like particularly. I think she did it on purpose period. Some of the staff is wonderful.

The Smoothies at this location (La Plata) are always horrible. Never sweet, no taste, and can't even tell which fruit is in the smoothie. Every time I give them another chance, I'm always let down. The kids never drink their smoothies. Such a waste of money.
I can reliably get GF smoothies here. Just have to ask for a clean machine and a change in gloves. They were super accommodating

I've had issues ever since they added the option to add a tip while ordering on the app. I never tip BEFORE service anywhere that I go because it doesn't make sense to me (I'm aware some people call this being cheap, but corporations should just pay their employees more). I tip AFTER service, and very generously too. I always order a hummus veggie wrap & chia banana smoothie w/ peanut butter. I didn't tip about 3 weeks ago and my wrap tasted like they added a spoonful or two of salt. My friend went last week, tipped and her food (ordered the same thing as I) was perfect. I went today and didn't tip, and again my food and smoothie both tasted weird. Not as salty, but definitely off. The wrap was very sloppy and the tortilla was hard around the edges. I frequent Tropical Smoothie & order the same exact thing, so I know exactly how it should taste. I'm wondering why this location is the only one I've been promoted to add a premature tip, but I won't be going anymore.
