Went thru drive thru. Handed bag missing items had to go inside ( defeats purpose of drive thru) just to be given an old burger with hard bun. Kid inside was Stoned bad. You could smell it. Looked like Shaggy from scooby doo. Only good thing was they just gave me a orange frosty.

This Wendy’s is great! Stopped here on a road trip; something came out not right with our order, and they made sure it was perfectly right. Classic Wendy’s food, great customer service—will save this location for future road trips. Clean restrooms, too!Dietary restrictions: We needed some gluten-free options.

Was told I had to either had to have exact change or use credit card or they couldn't take my order. Said there was a change shortage. No other businesses seemed to be having that issue. Cashier was very unfriendly!! Won't go back!

This is the worst Wendy’s. The last few experiences included employees who were dressed in their street clothes, who were rude, and didn’t prepare orders correctly. This has been happening consistently. One of the times an elderly woman sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to be waited on with no other customers in the restaurant. I assisted her and went in to see what the problem was and found two young employees laughing hysterically who wouldn’t give me a straight answer. This place is dirty, the food is not prepared fresh, and I wouldn’t dine from here.

I'll never go here again! Everytime I go here there is an issue. The last visit we were told when we got to the window they needed "Exact cash only" . No for whatever reason this was happening, we didn't have exact cash. Our total was $15.09 and I had a 20 dollar bill and 9 cents. Thet couldn't make change for that without the register telling them what to give me! All they had to do was give me my food and a $5 dollar bill, but nope, that math to hard to do in head! So i got nothing and they trew the food i. The garbage! WHAT A WASTE! I asked for a manager and the girl at the window just stood there and stared at me. Made no attempt to get a manager.

People that work here never clean the place manager here sucks and floor is never been cleaned and always sticky the place needs torn down and rebuilt and the parking lot also needs paved they can get sued if someone trips in the holes if u want to eat at Wendy’s go to downtown Cumberland.
