Terrible customer service! Give these kids some training on how to talk to customers. Just ignorant. And the bottle of water felt like it was sitting in my car in the sun.

Customer service is terrible!!! I wish I could think of a worse word than terrible. Food is usually OK, but they run out of chicken often, and they typically give you the wrong order. Always check your order before leaving.

I ordered 6 tenders via the Popeyes app at 8:43pm the store closes at 10pm yet they don’t have any chicken tenders. I drove all the way here to be told not at the drive through but once they told me to come in. This is the second time in a row I’ve left this store with no food. Also i have no way to get my money

I order chiken tighs and i took them home. Unfortunately the cricket wasnt fresh. Noone wanted to eat. So, i think they gave me some pieces really old. In my case, i wont come back there. Ah. The personal is not friendly.

There is literally a rat family that lives in the bushes and eats and thrives off of popeyes chicken fries and drinks. U can visit them near the drive thru literally they are living in the bushes a whole colony a underground rat tavern is under this popeyes location its quite fascinating. They should do a study on the effects of Popeye chicken on rats scientists could really take samples and see those rats are amped up huge violent and will approach you and climb inside vehicle....don't go at night...
