Spot looks much better than before Pandemic. The open spacious floor plan is much better vibe. The only issue with the spot is Management changed to a strict dress code. The atmosphere was better when everyone could dress more comfortable.

During the day, the hotel looks nice and smells clean. However, it's too noisy at night due to party club nightlife, and the smell of recreational drug activities. Also, there needs to be some interior renovations in the bedroom and restrooms.

Everything was wonderful, the people were nice and friendly. And professional. The hotel room was clean and quiet the pool water was nice water was cold, but that can’t be helped it wasn’t that hot outside. I loved every bit of my time spent there.

It's as you would expect from a Best Western. The rooms were a good standard of repair and cleanliness and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a function on the first night we stayed so it was busy and lively. The pool was really nice. There was a shuttle which picked us up from the metro station. We got the bus to the metro on the way because the shuttle only runs once per hour (which they hadn't mentioned when I asked for the times). The bus stop is just outside but you need a travel card as they don't take cash. Luckily the driver took pity on us and let us ride anyway. The metro into the city was very quick and easy. Since the hotel was on a big interchange there were very few restaurants you could walk to but plenty within easy driving distance.

This was the worse hotel stay that I have ever had. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The club and restaurant was good from what I heard! However, it still doesn't make up for the nastiness!

First there was so much noise in the hall, finding out that there’s an on-site club but that wasn’t the icing, had to switch room three times because something wasn’t working. Just such an inconvenience when you’ve been on the road and seeking rest.

Visited the club in June 2023. I HAVE NOT BEEN to the club in over 20+ years. The drinks were good, the food was good. The DJ was okay. But the club was known for the music and back in day, the music kept us dancing. Thinking about having a party for my friend in August.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay, we arrived back to the hotel late after a concert and there was no parking. The hotel was hosting an event and prioritized event guests over hotel guests. We were told that we would likely need to wait until 1:30 AM to find a parking spot. We had to end up parking next door in a loading zone and then had to wake up early to move our car to ensure it wasn't towed. Once we finally arrived to the room around 1AM, the music from the event was extremely loud. We called the front desk and they told us that it wouldn't be turned down and it would stop at ~2 AM. We were unable to get any sleep until after 2:15 AM, which was not ideal given we had traveled in from another state that day. It was overall an unpleasant experience. It was clear that the hotel cared more about making money off of that event than they did about their hotel guests. At minimum, the hotel should have been transparent at check-in that there would be no parking that evening because they would give all parking spaces to event guests and that they would be playing loud music until 2AM. Very unpleasant experience.
Weekend here was very noisy but if you’re into a club scene, then I guess this is the place to go !! Most staff helpful, all polite. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, good value and great location for DC visits or events.

Management very understanding Front desk staff courteous and helpful. Location is outstanding, on a bus route with shops of all kinds abound and within walking distance to the hotel, and offers a premises spacious enough for out-door walk-out and exercise.

Reserved a table and a suite for my 55th birthday party. Was given the dress code in advance in which i gave my guests. To my surprise half of the club either didn't get the memo (no sneakers, ripped jeans, athletic wear) or just ignored it. Also, having one bartender at each bar for most of the night on a very busy night is unacceptable. Not to mention, the next morning you wake up and multiple people who stayed overnight in my party as well as other parties' cars were broken into. Very little accountability or empathy from the front desk staff. Absolutely, would think twice before staying here or partying here again. Rooms also need to be upgraded especially the carpet

The room was so nice. We had double beds. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. We all got a great nights sleep. The AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Our internet speed was excellent. The room came with a mini-fridge, microwave and complimentary coffee.
