I went into Chipotle at Woodmoore Town Center I think that it is extremely ridiculous that they charge two dollars for extra rice when the young man was fixing my bowl I thought that he was scared of the rice so I asked him was he and he said no we charge for extra rice, for two dollars I can buy a whole box of rice.

This past week has been the week where I have 1 “cheat meal” I opted for chipotle. Y’all I get home ready to CRUSH, I couldn’t even finish the bowl, the LETTUCE looked like something they found on the floor the night before, I thought Chipotle prided themselves on Fresh ingredients?! And the nerve to be charging extra for this tiny container of dressing. This spot use to be my go to, the staff and food has changed drastically and it’s unfortunate.

it was terrible. white lady put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl then have the audacity to take some out and then I told her to put tomatoes and she put half a scoop. which she also put a half scoop of everything then when I asked for more sour cream, she tried to charge me $1.60 extra??? and i told her it wasn’t enough to begin with and she kept silent. everything rated a 0.

My coworker was nice enough to buy us lunch from here yesterday…but I had to be traumatized today by my leftovers. I didn’t finish my bowl yesterday and today I brought it to work for lunch and when I got to the bottom of my bowl THIS is what I see!?!?! Some weird bug disguised as a vegetable!?!?! I’m utterly DISGUSTED!!! ???? yall better inspect yall food for green-leaf-like bugs because that’s what I had the unfortunate pleasure of ALMOST consuming…after pretty much consuming the whole thing already…I gagged!!!!

The food and service was good. I went in for a late lunch and it was still pretty busy. It may explain why the restaurant was dirty. The trash was not overfilling, but the tables could've used a wiping. There was some trash on the floor and tables.Vegetarian options: There was a clear protein option that was vegetarian.Parking: Plenty of parking in the Town Center
This Chipotle always gets my family's order correct!! We are an order on the app and pick it up family. It's always ready on time and accurate. Please keep up the great work!
This Chipotle is very inconsistent and never opens on time. The employees always have attitudes and skimp on portions. For $40 for two bowls I would appreciate decent portions and attitudes. I have written corporate and received gift cards to give them another chance but nothing changes. I am done patronizing Chipotle.

I observed the young lady adjusting her clothing as she prepared orders. Had to ask the young lady to change her gloves before doing my order.The rice was very bland n overcooked. Salsa was very watery. This Chipotle needs training with cooking and service .Under poor management.
