Whenever I want crabs, I go here. It's close to my home, reasonably priced, and folks behind the counter have always been courteous to me. On the rare occasion, they even have thrown in a few stray crab legs! I haven't tried to other items they sell, sooooo I don't know ‍ how it is, but the crabs? Two thumbs up!

The lady who usually is at the front is much friendlier than the gentlemen. I come here every once in a blue moon. Food is always good and fresh. This is a takeout only restaurant so i usualy eat in the car and the food doesn't make it home. Always quick, always fresh. I do recommend calling to make sure they're open. Even though they have set hours of operation, I've been in front of the restaurant during the times it says they were supposed to be open, and they weren't. Other than that, overall good food for an in and out experience.

I ordered a combo with steamed shrimp, fried fish, fries and coleslaw then I added a crab cake. It was all trash! The fish was decent and worthy of a repeat trip but crab cake was THE WORST I'VE EVER TASTED. It was rubbery and flavorless. The shrimp were very fishy smelling and tasting. I tried it because it was close to my house but NEVER AGAIN.

The thing is.... this is not a restaurant. This is a fish shop. They fry and steam seafood. I'm from new York. I will pay for what i want....i was craving soft shell crab, but it was a stroke pill, as it was soooooo salty. The steam shrimp was perfect cause the shell was hard. It was still salty but not too bad.

This small storefront establishment (12 ft. wide but deep) is for take-out fish, shrimp, crabs (Blue Crabs - Chesapeake Bay, of course), seafood sandwiches and platters. There are a couple of chairs for those who are waiting for their seafood to be prepared or gathered. No eating room at the establishment. Parking out front is ample and your best approach is to order your items beforehand and they will be ready when you arrive. So then it is a quick in and out. This was my first visit in years and I wanted crabs. This day, prices, as posted on an erase board, - 1/2 dozen live or cooked crabs ran from $18 (regular) to $50 (jumbo). 5 or 6 different sizes. I ordered 6 regular and they threw in an extra one for me. They cooked them from scratch so my wait was 25 minutes. I didn't observe any already cooked crabs waiting around for a customer's purchase, as others have mentioned. I was there a little after 12 noon. I also ordered a Whiting sandwich with all the trimmings on a large hamburger bun @ $7.50. It contained a lot of fish and was excellent. At home, I found the crabs to be 6" point to point, coated with Old Bay seasoning, and cooked just right - not overcooked as you sometimes might find. I enjoyed them with my special spiced apple cider vinegar, a squirt of Japanese mirin (low alcohol naturally sweetened rice wine), with a small touch of some KC dry rub spices added. Great taste with the crabs. The people at the counter were very personable. I would suggest going to their website to look at all the offerings on the menu and place your order *by phone* which then will be prepared for you and ready when you arrive.
