Drinks water down and the long Island taste like water then ask for a replacement and got the c Caribbean island didn't taste like none of the fruits had a weird taste. Crab legs were water down on this day

Food was very old tasting I’m just about sure the food back there is not labeled and or out of date the sauce was terrible the crab legs over cooked meat sticking to the shells and soggy the mussels were rubbery the beef sausage was under cooked nothing there was fresh will never return to this location until they get their quality of food under control service was good they attempted to make us happy but we came for the food and when we left 20 min later me & my dad both got very sick sweating either urges to vomit and probably would have had we continued to eat that food

The service was phenomenal.The gentleman that took my order,was friendly & professional.Keep up the great work.✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️He provided suggestions to me of the menu.My food was delicious,even though I ordered for takeout,the dining area was clean,as well as the staff were very friendly.I give this location ten plus stars.

Sat at the bar for about 8 minutes, I'm on a limited lunch break. No acknowledgment from your single bartender. She was too busy conversing w/ friends. Walked out. Won't be back

Went for the AYCE boil. The crab legs were overcooked (soft and mushy) and very small. You get one baby cluster at a time. Reorders took a long time to come out and the place was practically empty. The waitress was very inattentive. We were never offered more to drink or had our bucket emptied. We had to go to the bar to get our own refills of water. Asked for condiments and they didn't come out until we were almost done with our meal. Giving one star is one star too many. We will not be going back. Will waste our money elsewhere.

I arrived the wait wasn't bad it was a 10 minute wait . That was the best part of my experience. Our food came out as a very small portion. I ordered 1 drink from the bar that never came . I waited so long for my food and proper service that they gave me my final order to go. I ended up canceling my drink. This was a very subpar experience and it wipp be my last time going to this establishment. I've paid less for better service and the pr8ce wasn't even the issue.

First time here, we got the ayce option. I don't know if it is like this every day or just today, but the service was way too slow. It took a long time to get drinks and orders. The food was just alright, I personally am not a fan of their type of seafood boil sauce. The highlight for the table were how amazing the chicken tenders were. The biggest let down was they ran out of chicken wings, so you couldn't order any.

After reading these reviews about rude managers I am no longer shocked about my experience. I placed an order for pick up to what I thought was the Glen Burnie location. Turns out I placed it to this disaster of a location. When I tried to cancel the order the manager first tried to tell me I never placed an order, then he told me to call door dash and figure it out. Long story short, my account was charged, I never received food or a refund even though my husband was told I would. The manager was rude from the first time he got on the phone. I spoke to him, so did my husband and my adult son. Why so many different people because we had to call back a total of 6 times because the manager would hang up on us. One of the times I heard the manager tell the polite young man that answered the phone to hang up on me just before he did. I will be contacting corporate and going further if need be. This manager needs to be fired. After this experience I won't be ordering from any location.
