Honestly there’s workers that don’t want to work. I came in 10/09 around 11:45 am, and my doordash app was frozen I was not able to see the code but was able to show name. The worker was about 5’4 black bun, doesn’t look no older than 21, and maybe Hispanic ethnicity. Did not want to help get the food for me or anything, she’s like “you have a code use it”. Very unprofessional and the attitude of not welcoming is a no go.

The cashier named Reyna was cleaning the counter with a rag then she took my order. After I paid she had proceeded to prepare my pizza with no gloves and didn’t wash her hands. I’ve seen her ring up customers before then pull pizza out of oven and prepare with no gloves. I got a refund and will not return again.

I had a very large order of at least 7 pizzas, 3 orders of breadsticks, chessy bread, and some wings. The website made it easy to place the order late night before I needed it for the next day and pay in advance. I was working on a project with my crew, and the order was delivered as promised. I was even allowed to edit the order before 11 am that day. The food was hot and fresh upon delivery, and they followed instructions.

So much for the promotion. Ordered carryout online just to get pineapple Pepsi . Go to het order andask where is the Pepsi ... "oh we're out". I ask to have the cost of the Pepsi I told her to refund the pepsi. "I gotta get a manager" Manager comes out, does something at the register And hands me a receipt and says i will get refund in 5-7 days ... and THEN GRABS ENTIRE ORDER OUT OF MY HANDS. I said i only wanted my $ back i paid for tge Pepsi. She says I can't do that. I have to refund entire order ... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO YOU.

Ordered and drove to store JUST for pineapple promotion. Get thrre, get my pizzas and ask where is the Pineapple Pepsi I paid for. I ask for money back for the Pepsi since they didn't have. Manager comes out, does something, hands me a receipt and then GRABS THE PIZZA OUT OF MY HANDS. Says she cant just refund the drink ... even though I was charged separately for it. RUDE MANAGER..
