I rated 5 stars because a friendly cashier made it an engaging and kind experience.The food was delicious and the ease of ordering was beyond caparable being as though I cannot pernounce some of the dishes due to the language barrier.My meal was delicious, I returned a second time in the same week.

What terrible attention from the lady with dyed hair. I should take a bath. That. She is the one who sews and. Gives off a bad smell. Ought. Sawing the place, the food is super bad ????????

I didn't like the food at all. I ordered two orders of roast beef. The meat came out pure dough and very salty. I didn't like it. The price is the same as an Elegant restaurant like Los Guapos oh Samanda or El Águila.

My girls have been asking for Mexican food which equates to a bean and cheese burrito for my oldest and chicken flautas for our youngest. I was surprised that of the few Mexican/Latin places in PG County that after calling multiple on one would make a bean and cheese burrito. So that is what lead me to Pollo Tipico. So we got the burrito, chicken flautas and 1/2 rotisserie chicken. I placed the order over the phone and it was ready when I got there. The people behind the counter were very nice. My oldest was happy because she finally got a burrito to her linking, our youngest thought the flautas were ok, But the chicken.....the chicken...oh boy!! That was gooood! It was tender, moist and flavorful. For our sides we had rice and plantains which were very good. We dug into the food so quickly I did not get any pictures but I did get pictures of the menu. There are no good photos of their menu online and they don't have a website. So I took some nice good close up shots. The restaurant did not have a lot of seating so it felt like most people go there for to-go orders.. If you are looking for some great chicken you definitely have to try this spot out. I will definitely be back!

The tacos were great :) so good!! And the location is very close to my job.. i can walk actually. But i was unhappy bc i was handed my food and out the door , but i was stopped and asked for my food back because she gave me 3 instead of two (i purchased two) but to call me back and stick your hand in my plate to take off a taco is crazy!! They made the mistake not me.

Great food! I hate beans but their beans ans rice were delicious! Salad clean and refreshing! Fish was amazing! Staff very vety friendly!
I like it! I can't think of the last time I've seen a quarter white meat with 2 sides for $8.95? Pre-pandemic prices. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. I chose the salad and pico de gallo, and everything was fresh; beans and rice along with yuca fries and a few other choices were also available. The staff is nice, and the restaurant appeared to be clean. Quick lunch/dinner pick-up and cheaper than the Almighty Chipotle. There are so many options, not sure if many people know to come here. It's a yelp gem!

I have only had chicken and beef tongue burritos from here so I can’t really say much. The staff is VERY friendly and polite. I personally haven’t had any issues with my food and it has always been really good. I order my food over the phone so by the time I come pick it up, it’s ready. The longest I had to wait once I got there was 8 minutes. I live about 10 mins away and it’s always ready in a timely manner. I will always come back and tell everyone I know about their burritos.

my first time and it was not a good experience and I don't think I will return, my barbecue burrito was more rice than meat, the horchata waters were lousy as spoiled and 25 minutes waiting for an order and no people in the place

Food is good but it comes with risks. The first time I went delicious ? but sometimes my carnitas have lots of fatty bits and chicken have bones. Imagine cautiously eating a burrito because you smashed down on a bone and cartilage and yes that is wire brush bristle.But again I must stress the food is tasty despite these mishaps.
