hi i order my food 3/12/24 i just came home and while i am chewing my veggies i was biting a piece of broccolli and had a stapler piece on it and now i have a toothache i took pictures and proof of the stapler piece on my brocolli. i called them the next day and they offer 25 % off i dont want that i need them to worry more about the costumers anyways i reported them to food safety and hoping to hear from them.

The food is overall terrible. I tried this place twice now. Both times got a bento box and ended up throwing 70% of it away. The noodles are nasty, the “hibachi” chicken is nasty. Complete waste of money for me.

Even though, the customer service was fine when ordering, I sat down to eat minding my own business.I ordered the Shrimp Bento Box, some of the rice was hard, there was no sauce for the fried dumplings or the sushi. I was given 1 sauce for everything, besides Soy sauce after asking.I oberserved customers coming and going ect....I felt an attitude coming from the worker/manager whom ever he was bussing the tables after i got up from the table from eating after 7pm Thursday 1/18/2024. As if he didn't want to clean the table or empty trash i put in the trash can. I refilled my drink as I left and sat in my vehicle before l drove off and the same worker/manager followed me outside. He stood by the door, but he didn't say anything to me or come up to my vehicle. I felt I may have pissed him off or he was already pissed off for some reason.I have eaten here several times and have never experienced the negative atmosphere like this.I believe if I had my man with me or one of my sons he wouldn't have acted like this.LADIES BE CAREFUL GOING OUT AT NIGHT BY YOURSELFS NOT ONLY EATING AT THESE ESTABLISHMENTS.. PERIOD....

Great value and great taste! worth driving to.This is a no-frills place that doesn’t mandate tips or surcharges and will give you good size tasty food.We got two specialty sushi rolls and chicken&beef+ vegetables and noodles.I was hesitant to get the sushi here because everyone says to get sushi from fancy places only, but I gave it a shot. I just finished it. It tasted good. If I don’t get sick, this will be my go-to for Japanese takeout. If I don’t come back to add more info, it means all went well and i fel fine :)

Placed an order for pickup (hibachi combo and sushi roll). Got to my car and realized my sushi roll was hot and the tuna was halfway cooked. I was in a time crunch so I couldn’t take it back in.Quick way, please be mindful to package cold foods separately from hot foods.
