Extremely bad customer service this guy name shahir something like that doesn’t know how to do customer service he is rude he was rushing me saying I have stuff to do and what I told him was give me a second I’ll do a called to say that you don’t have that kind of cheese since I was doing three different orders that wasn’t nice at all from him it was disappointing.

I went here twice first time me and my friends were making an ordering i guess we were talking to loud but they didnt tell us to lower our voices but told us to leave.Next time we went they said we need an id horrible place.Manager is rude and The hispanic lady.

My office is a short distance from this location so I often stop by for a quick lunch between meetings however, my most recent visit today was the worst experience I have ever encountered at any establishment in my life. The woman who made my sub was rude, unprofessional, and had such a nasty attitude for no reason at all. I am assuming that the location is under new management because I have never experienced such horrible service. At this point, even a one star rating is too much.

The food was okay I got everything I wanted the service was out of hand the lady caught a attitude and when I wanted certain items on my sandwich she got mad the salt she added was to much I told her to stop she continued and stopped on her own then mumbled under her breath that hoe could get beat up for real but I didn't cus she got to work there . And left hair on my sandwich

I'm ranting about this subway in the Woodmore Towne Centre this guy treats the customers with so much disrespect. I know it's just sandwiches but this subway has completely lost my patronage. I have been going there for years. The previous employees were much more polite and asked about what you prefer on your sandwich. He treated me and my10 yo daughter like we have to accept his terrible service or else. Even telling me to leave, which I did.i refuse to give this shop any more of my money. Please do not patronize this subway until they understand the importance of customer service. Black dollars mean something.@subway

Absolutely terrible customer service. Between the kid taking the order and trying to up charge for items not listed priced separately. Then the lady spraying windex on all the surfaces while people are eating and thinking she is disinfecting anything is just crazy. Besides the harm from the chemicals while customers are eating just because they want to leave right at close. Clean up is for after the lobby closes and the customer's leave. Choose a different location. This one doesn't appreciate their paying customers.

Ordered from the Subway app for delivery. Received word from DoorDash guy on-site that they are not fulfilling pickup orders. Called the store myself and apparently the manager arbitrarily decided they were going to ignore online orders. Wouldn't cancel, wouldn't explain. Last time I do business here.
