Poor customer service. I waited 17 minutes for my order. And then the staff had an attitude about the delay. No accountability here as the employees are lounging in the back without a supervisor around.They have a sign at the register that says order at the kiosk, but don’t seem to be able to manage contactless service.Not the first time I have had this issue here, but last time the manager had the decency to refund the cost of my meal.This location sucks.

This was at store #040049 on Annapolis Rd in Lanham, Md. I've never had such a good drive thru experience at any establishment. The gentleman named Oluwanifemi was the epitome of excellent customer service. He should be in a restaurant somewhere racking up huge tips as opposed to a Taco Bell drive thru. Excellent job, young man.
From time to time I stop at this Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive-thru. So far I have been greeted with amazing customer service. Thank you to the gentlemen who took my order and prepared my food during my last visit there. I was even given the specials to help me save a little. I greatly appreciate that.

My experience here was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh, the service was quick with no wait in the drive-through. The customer service was excellent. She was very friendly! Excellent service!Vegetarian options: I love the black bean Chalupa, which is what I meant to order today, but I accidentally ordered the black bean crunch wrap. It was good. I also get the potato soft taco, which is great as well.
