Ever since they changed everything. Who ever is the new owner made this location from the best dunkin ive been to with multiple selections to the worse dunkin ive been to. Just went in literally had 0 donuts how do u stay open til 8pm without donuts? I hope this dunkin gets shut down or gets a new

If America runs on Dunkin we should be running away from this location. I went to get a doughnut and there were only 3 selections available. You minus well close the store and do everyone a favor. Let's not even mention the staff who clearly don't have an inch of friendly customer service installed. What a way to waste a Dunkin!????????

Horrible !!, every single time I go here there is a problem, simple order - XL coffee, cream & Sugar, had a skinny Indian guy on thursday the 24th at 2:35, guy takes my order & mumbles the whole time, I pull up to the window & tell him again, he gives me a black coffee, unreal !

Did a a mobile order while visiting my mothers.. I ordered a dozen doughnuts with 9 being sprinkled, 3 with chocolate icing , 3 with pink and 3 with white and the other 3 being boston creme.I get back to my mothers and open the box to find only sprinkled and the pink ones are melted and gross looking so I drove back and was informed they were out of Boston creme and also had the pink frosting ones replaced.If you are out of what someone ordered you don't just pick what to throw in as a substitute, you let the customer know and allow then to choose what they want .

This dunkin is so unorganized. All workers was working on one section and not one at cash register one taking mobile orders and third party orders…. They consistently mess up people’s orders where customers were constantly walking in with an issue that the workers didn’t succeed with the order.

I constantly get bad coffee. They never listen to what you ask for. I have taken my drinks back multiple times. I went through the drive thru today and again my coffee is horrible ?. I am done spending my money here. I tired to call them and it sends you to voice mail.

If you have other options for coffee in the area I would certainly explore them.The couple times I have visited this location, it has been a miserable experience. Both times, I ordered on the mobile app waited a long time in the drive-thru line, only to find out that my food was still not ready when I got to the window.I mean what's the point of having a mobile app and a drive-thru speaker if you still have to place your order when you get to the window?There's a Royal farms, a Wawa, a McDonald's, a Chick-fil-A, and several gas stations in the area that have significantly better customer service, this coffee is not good enough to deal with this poor of customer service - not a single napkin in the bag, and the wrong kind of cream cheese?C'mon Dunkin, you used ot care about your customers...

It bagel bites and they were still ice cold inside! Couldn’t turn around for a remake. This location is most convenient that’s why I gave them a few more chances.Also both their hot and iced coffee here is so watered down it’s not even funny. Paid for brown ice water and liquid sugar. I’ve had to drive through twice for remakes.Disappointed wasting money here.
