The restaurant was so dirty everywhere and the server was NOT attentive and took over an hour just to bring me a simple drink and server refused to make my drink because the bartender just didn’t want to make my alcohol beverage. I don’t recommend coming to this apple bee’s location

This Applebees is the worst place by far. Staff and management are rude and unprofessional. First it took over 15 minutes to be seated and it wasn’t even crowded. Some of our party’s food was bland and watered down, my chicken was undercooked and rice overcooked or old. We had to ask for silverware when our food came. Waitresses had attitudes and I even overheard one say she didn’t want to be there.

I don't like leaving reviews however every time I order online or to go, this establishment forgets omits, or just can't get the order right. Some of the employees have attitudes because they are short staffed or under supplied and customer service is at an all time low here for the most part no professionalism at all don't bother to complain they will send you a gift certificate for you to come back and experience more of this. It's sad to have to travel outside of my area fir better customer service that I'm paying for by the way. I don't want to work a long day or be tired or hungry to pick up food to have an order messed up or burned or just thrown together because the workers tired or underpaid just not an inviting or positive memorable experience

I had my first visit to this place today, it was amazing even when thy were looking short of service staff. The two ladies on the service were extremely sweet and helpful. Our meal was delicious and very fast. We enjoyed the environment and we had a late lunch as we were expecting.

Lovely ambiance, food was pretty good for the price paid, can’t beat 2 for 25. Recommend trying their honey bbq boneless wings and fiesta chicken! Thank you Tiffany for making our experience nice, she was very attentive, kind, and well mannered.

I walked inat2:45 pm on Monday, March 18, 2024. I sat at a table around the bar section. For about an hour, I sat and placed my basketball bets on fan duel and not once was I approached by an employee or even offered a menu. I live in the Largo area and gave up on this Apple Bees years ago, but my experience today justified me staying away from your restaurant. The bartender took care of everyone sitting around the bar but ignored me. I watched countless customers enter the restaurant without being greeted and eventually leave. This establishment will be closed soon because I watched hundreds of dollars in profits walk out of the door including me. I will go back to Buffalo Wild Wings where I can get a menu and some acknowledgement.

Entering the door there was no hostess. After several minutes two very unprofessional employees came and stated that the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour. I looked around to see empty tables and booths in every visible section so I assumed the person was joking. They assured me that they weren't and proceeded to ignore us. After asking for a manager only to be ignored again we decided to leave, never to return again! Places like this should be shut down! Sadly, it's a reflection of much else this county has to offer!

This has been the worst Applebees I’ve ever been very poor costumer service we waited for the appetizer almost the same time as the food no water or napkins , waiter was very distracted didn’t even have a notebook on his hand to take notes of the food , he brought the order wrong after a long time ….. I would never come back , save yourself of this annoying time !!!

Upon my arrival at Applebee's in Largo, I encountered a single server handling numerous food deliveries. Despite enduring a frustrating 30-minute wait as a solo diner, the emphasis on serving a large party was apparent. The lack of a greeting upon seating made it impossible to place an order. Engaging in studying and emails, I eventually left. The subpar customer service raises concerns about the food quality. Emphasizing the importance of customer service, I hope for improvements; otherwise, this location might face challenges in the long run.
