this McDonald’s in largo has terrible customer service, they charge for a FREE water and they were stingy with our food.

Besides the fact it was beat down on the outside, they were being extremely stingy with their product, filling cups and fries halfway. I went to kiosk and got food with water, the card reader wasn’t working so I just gave the ticket to the cashier. He gave me my receipt and water was free, ok cool. He then tried to tell me that I had to pay $2 for water in another transaction when it was already on my receipt for $0.

Sloppy prepared food, cold fries, soured sweet tea and flies all above the counter. Place is nasty, dirty, stinking and full of homeless people. Whomever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. I hope it shuts down just like the rat infested Bojangles across from it did. Our neighborhood deserves to see workers who look like us. As much money as WE spend here, we deserve better!

Ordered 2 Quarter Pounders one with cheese and the other without. Both were dry as a bone. Nuggets were old. Worker put my food on a tray without a liner and dried up spilled ketchup on it, then she looked at me baffled when I called her out to the manager. I sent all my food back and asked for cooked to order. The dining room area was dirty, tables left uncleaned. A worker sat down to eat on his break and just kicked the trash under the table. This was my first time going inside this or any McD's in many years, but the person I was with chose to sit down vs. ordering to go. I will not return to this location under any circumstances.
