I looooove Starbucks!!!!Parking: They have free parking and parking u can park anywhere!!!Kid-friendliness: Most definitely kid-friendly too the people there are really sweet!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible is permitted also.

I had a dragon fruit drink with cream it was really really good! The service was average. The ambience was average they didn't have the correct supplies (lids/napkins). It was a bit awkward. My boyfriend got a coffee and he said it was good, but I didn't take any pictures of him.

This was the last time I could order a iced gingerbread oat milk chai Latte due to it being a seasonal drink. The worst Starbucks in my area was the only one having them at the moment, I ordered online and when they hand me my drink it seems like it's not filled up as it should.

First off I wanna start off review by saying treat all people with respect regardless of age, race, and ethnicity, etc. Firstly I walked in to the establishment to charge my dying phone which I needed to do in order to get in my Uber. But as soon as I walked in I was not greeted instead give a glare from the 1/2 barista at the cashier. I am a student so I do carry a bookbag. Though I'm a student I mean no harm but to get my food and pay like everyone else. As reaction to me being met with uncomfortable feeling from the stare I then decided to purchase something to make sure there wouldn't be any issues with me waiting in the establishment. I was then called by the other cashier(a black woman with a pink scarf.) She didn't not greet me even after I said hello but I ignored and continued ordering. Her attitude when I was ordering was very colorless and discomforting. For instance I asked her about adding strawberry juice to my caramel frappe and she continued to address me with attitude. (Keep in mind I've never had this type of issue at other Starbucks were as they were kind and understanding when I asked the exact same thing .) But yet I continued ordering I payed and left as fast as possible(when my Uber arrived.) The sad part is a family member who attends the college down the street has told me that many people also have told him about their horrible experiences there. At the end of the day if you don't enjoy your job that's perfectly fine but don't project that onto innocent individuals who mean no harm! Treat everyone with kindness as done onto you, because you never know someone's situation.!

I came today around 12:35 and ordered in store. The cashier took about 5 minutes to take my order as he was prepping for a back up of online orders. The manager on duty (I am assuming) was stocking merch. He didn't step in to assist his staff who were clearly behind on orders to take care of me (I was the only customer at the time). After the cashier took my order about 8-10 more customers walked in and the MOD then went on to clean the glass doors. He didn't pivot to assist the employees at all. The young lady making drinks was behind and trying to catch up with the orders and in-store orders by herself. When the manager finally stepped in to assist, he barely shook my iced matcha tea latte, leaving lots of matcha floating on top. I asked him to actually use the shaker on my drink and he did. I have never waited that long for an order at Starbucks when no other customer was actually in line. Very disappointing visit.

DONT do Uber Eats, Door Dash or Grubhub!!!? VERY disorganized!! Wait time is not worth the amount of delivery payment. However, this is reflected towards the morning. AM shift. With several people behind the counter. But so disorganized does not run well at all. However, my hat always goes off to the evening shift. They get it, they're on top of it and need to train their daytime workers to run more efficiently and smooth like they do!!! The best location to go to in the mornings if you're in Largo area area believe it or not, is the location inside of target. Their service is excellent, and there's only 2 of them. Unlike the several workers at the standalone, Starbucks in the same plaza, SMH.

This was the second location in this area that ppl seem to not know how to make a less common but staple drink. When your order tastes nothing like what the person knows it should is an issue with quality, performance, and providing consistent quality performance. No matter where I go, if the drink and name say Starbucks on it, there should not be a misunderstanding about what is placed in the cup. Please re-educate staff on the menu. Sticking to only what ppl buy the most is a recipe for disaster. And both individuals who made them gave an air of no fuxx given. ??‍♂️

I like this location more than the one in Woodmore. Their drinks always taste bland, like they never add enough flavor to them. Baristas at this location actually know how to make a good drink.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this location as I've visited many other Starbucks for years and this location taste and serves as if it's attached to grocery store (which is not saying anything nice for a stand alone location). Upon walking in for a mobile order the main barista answered my question with such a dull spirit followed by another just scrolling through her phone. Once receiving a drinking the iced drink I can see particles floating in the drink and upon tasting it was not delightful at all. I didn't give this review a one star based on one visit but I wouldn't return.

I went to the starbucks and brought a caramel frapp and as she's drinking it there are pieces of broken up plastic in her cup!!!! she almost swallowed it she caught her self! this is outrageous and I will be calling the headquarters
