Took 7 minutes to get the bartenders attention and 5 minutes to get a water.. smells like dirty mop Bucket….. Placed an Order at 929, said it would be ready by 9:48… didn’t receive until 1017 and they forgot items from the order….Probably will never order from here again…

The pasta here is HORRIBLE !!!!!! a lot of the food is bad.. but the environment isn’t bad and the service you receive is good… but the food is trash… its like the pasta gets worse every time I try it.. its clearly boil in bag pasta… a bad one at that … u don’t get anything cut into good portions… you’ll get bell pepper STRIPS LONG AS HELL to the point u gotta cut them your self to eat… horribly designed… they need to fix it or change it or remove pasta cause it sucks

Terris was an AMAZING bartender. Her drinks & service was superb and it’s always consistent. I’ll only come here when she’s working moving forward cause every other bartender have NOT delivered like she has. Ask for her next time you’re here! You won’t be disappointed.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing, great service. She was on top of everything. Checked on us regularly.
If I could give a half a star I would. The servers do not wear uniform or have anything to write your orders on. It took 25mins to get our drinks the server was rude he kept coming to the table to ask us if we wanted to place our entree orders… No we want our drinks and appetizers first, he had to many tables to attend to he kept telling people he’s not the bartender it’s nothing he can do so we are like sir it’s your job to check on it and give us a update. We finally get the drinks and appetizers they were decent the drinks were okay but missing ingredients,Then this one lady light-skinned short with a bushy ponytail brings our food over we noticed it had hair in it, We told the waiter he told her she was supposed to remove it from the bill 15mins go by we are pissed and ready to go the waiter reminded the lady to correct the bill so we can leave she proceeds to tell him we can wait mind you we been waiting for 20mins at this point and they are having this conversation directly by the table they all would have been fired. Luckily she left and went to the back she definitely would have been confronted for being rude it’s your job.I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location.

If i could give a one star i would. Went in the restaurant and the host was pretty ghetto when taking us to a booth. Sat for about 20 minutes and never been greeted by a waiter and we ended up leaving. Service was worse at the next TGIF.

I just walked out ? Went to bar with four friends. The second person to arrive. Once I told the bartender I didn't drink alcohol, I saw her demeanor changed. She proceeded to take everyones order leaving me last. They recieved their food and I never received mines. To find out that my order wasn't put in with everyone else's. The bartender then began to dance in front of us while I'm still sitting there without my food. I also asked for a refill and never received that. All the while the manager is walking around the bar and never checked on any of the guests. Very disappointed in how bad this location is now. I definitely will not be going back. The bartender also got confrontation with one of my friends.

3/24/2024: Ordered two of TGIF’s million dollar salads with chicken via Uber Eats! Salads arrived at my door without chicken on either bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cheese. All of the salad ingredients were fresh and tasty, but no chicken! Uber Eats gave me a refund, but I called TGIF to order two more salads with chicken, but wasn’t able to get thru on their busy phone lines! Now I’m eating my salad with no protein; and can’t help that these salads had the makings of being a great dinner! Oh, well…..
