We are a local business in Laurel and for a luncheon we ordered America's Best Wings for pickup. Upon returning to the office we noticed there was ranch or blue cheese in the bag, one of employees went all the way back to America's Best for the front desk person to say it's a .50 charge for the sauce. We placed an order for over 30 wings and this lady was saying we needed to pay for dipping sauces. She was very rude in her delivery and did not have good customer service. The employee left with no dipping sauces, when the doctor called to inquire why the employee said "Wing orders does not come with a complimentary sauce you have to pay for it" which is absurd! Any other location will give you at least 1 complimentary sauce with your order. For this reason we will not be placing another order with this location and will tell others about our horrible experience.

My husband came to pick up my food and at first she did not know where my food order was at so I had to call Beckett and confirm it. when I receive my order, it was only shrimp on it, so I proceeded to call the establish me bad. The lady then argued with me back-and-forth, saying that well her lady did not get it wrong so she can do nothing to help me and she hung up the phone. I been here before wings ok and it’s more pricey then a lot wing places 18 dollars for10 wings alone I asked for side blue cheese not extra was told have to pay for sauce like it don’t come with it and you not paying 18 dollars for 10 wings then the guy on phone didn’t answer after ordering they went pick upAnd got mad when I was mad I ordered 20 min ago why wasn’t it in, tried to act like he don’t remember then said he only gets paid 14 l3 dollars a hour,

I spend more than 60 dollars a week at Americas best buying food me and my family.. it always takes so long I almost Don’t get to eat on my break but I never Complained . But today I went In to ask for ketchup they said they had to charge me .. as we all know ketchup is free at Americas best (ranch and stuff cost extra but not ketchup.. I will Never go back to this location again and the parking is very unsafe anyway I dont suggest driving in the lot . The gentleman at the register is so well mannered but as for the manager she didn’t even come out when I asked to speak to her. Like I said Never again I know My little 60 a week doesn’t make a difference in all the money they receive a day but it’s a lot to me . Customer service is expected at the minimum especially when I’m a regular at this location.. I’ve never asked for anything extra any time I go. So for her to dismiss me like that I felt the need to write this up

Wrong orderI paid 80 dollars for the wings, the Chinese lady didn't want to change my order, I asked for lemon pepper and she gave me some super spicy wings, she with a horrible attitude said they couldn't do anything. They are the worst wings and the worst customer service. Please think carefully before purchasing here and spending your money.

Omg their old bay honey and spicy bbq wings are the bomb ? the fries are delicious too never hard ? highly recommend. Oh and the lemonade is great too! If ever in laurel definitely visit.
Paid 14.00 for a burger not even the combo. Never again and the lettuce was soggy bread was hard. Nope not me again. I will probably just order the wings but not from this location.

My first time at AMERICA's WINGS not "America's Best Wings" in Laurel, Maryland. The Google search is misleading.,The wingettes were dry and overcooked plus the owner was VERY nasty to me when I asked for a replacement order even cussing at me. I just left the food on the table. Stay away from this place if you want quality wings and good customer service!

We only order the wings. They are soooooo good! Lemon pepper, honey lemon pepper, etc ?. They also accommodate our request for all flats! There are a few tables for dining in.
