Greetings!!!My name is Camille and I visited the Charley’s today for a cheesesteak sandwich at approximately 4pm. I was greeted warmly by a young man by the name of Greg. He swiftly took my order and in the interim I noticed that the establishment now has wings. I asked him has he tried the wings yet and he gave me his polite, professional opinion on the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and also even allowed me to sample the sauce! After his recommendation I decided to try the wings in addition to my usual order. I write all this to say this young man was prompt, professional and pleasant to me as a customer and deserves a 5 star rating. My food was great, hot and exact to order. Amazing and exceptional job, Greg!!!!! ?

Placed an order online and it looked to be the manager but this young man that was walking around the kitchen and he attended to us immediately. He asked for my order and he delivered it to our table once it was complete. The fact that he even remembered and brought the food to us is awesome.

This is my second time ordering from this location. The service is always great. A young man named Hebo assisted me and was courteous and patient with my multiple orders. My food is always correct and made well. I would return to this location.
Arrived to place an order for a pizza, went to pay for my order with a $50.00 bill. I was told they don't accept anything over a $ 20.00 bill by the employee who stated because they have carry change, and plus it's posted on the door. As you can see the sign posted on the door. It doesn't say that. I was forced to use a credit card. I spoke with the shift manger who stated the same thing. Who stated the same thing until i showed her the sign on the door, she changed her tune "saying it say it at another location she worked at" I full like this is a form of description against any who chose to pay with cash over 50.00 dollars.

Staff greets you when you enter the door. The service is good. Food is good as well. They sell wings (bone in and traditional), milk shakes, lemonade, fries, and desserts. The decor is nice. They inside seating but no outside seating. They offer a lot of offers on their app.

Ordered on grubhub with a delivery time of 18:00. Food arrived right on time (well done grubhub driver). That was the only bright spot. It was made so far in advance the steakmeat was cold, the mayo was warm, hardly any lettuce, and I wondered where the cheese part of the cheesesteak was. The ice in my drink was completely melted. Won't make that mistake again.
Very professional staff and the food was cooked to perfection. Definitely a 5 star fast food restaurant.
