Such a great atmosphere and high quality of food that I’ll love to take my kids to get a meal anytime they get hungry. I will always wait in line at this place, they’re speedy but also conscientious to each customer and deliver when it comes to fast tasty meals. I’ll go even go twice in one day sometimes, very underrated!!!Vegetarian options: Sofritas is a tasty vegan option while they also have salads and have plenty to choose from for a veggie bowl. Very good fajitas.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly and treat then with the same respect plus tailoring to their special tastes with a smile on their face.

Staff were great! Ordered online and left off an item accidentally. Food was ready when I walked in. Asked the associate who gave me my order for salsa. He stopped what he was doing and quickly dished up and handed me the requested item.Vegetarian options: All the bowls, burritos and most items can be made for vegetarians or people with dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Most menu items can be personalized.

Was having complications using the mobile app the phone number just direct you to the national customer service for Chipotle so good luck contacting your local restaurant if you have a question as well as the AI for the customer service line is not that smartE I was in a little bit of a situation I had ordered through the mobile app at a designated time to pick up however I got a flat tire on the way there had to wait for the boyfriend to come and fix it after you got off work making my order a hour and a half lonelier sitting on the Chipotle pickup shelf I wasn't having any luck calling customer service seeing if they could remake my order since I am a frequent Chipotle customer however I just had no other option but to go to the store location myself. I was nervous in regards to the response I would get once I explained the situation I went back and forth with my boyfriend but he did.Okay now that I have explained a short story I'll get to the main point play shift manager named Tim was like a breath of fresh air &for once humanity was not dead. He was calm inviting understanding and willing to satisfy the customer. And those are the type of people that we need more in this world when you wake up in the morning you have two choices, you can either choose to be a positive effect in hopes of it spreading on or decide to self-indulge, for your own benefits. Tim went above and beyond as well as his team,Date: 02/19/2024Time: approx. 9: 30 P. M( Raise is highly recommended if you want to keep a gentleman like this around especially in Laurel)

Good portion sizes. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and the food is always consistent and of similar quality. The only real complaint I have is the parking can be difficult and the dine in area is small and cramped especially when it gets busy. One of the better chipotle locations I have been to.

The food at this location is wayyyy better than the Edgewater location. Their chicken bowls used to be awesome but now they're so spicy you can't even eat them. However this location is always very messy. Need some more attention to the dinning area. Trash is always overflowing,tables are dirty.

It is incredible that the city of Laurel Maryland allows them to continue operating with the spoiled food they sell, not only am I thinking of suing the restaurant for selling spoiled food but also the city for allowing them to work this way, now There have been two occasions where I complained about selling the famous meat to the shepherd in poor condition. The first time the manager told me that surely one of the new guys had put the old tray instead of the new one, but now that I have returned to Go to give them the benefit of the doubt, I find that they continue to serve the food in bad condition, unfortunately on this occasion I ordered it to go and it was not until I was at my workplace that when I uncovered the plate that bad smell came out. bad food, it seemed like I was smelling a place where they slaughter cows, literally speaking, it's really disgusting but on this occasion I called health so they can take the appropriate measures and if they don't do anything then I will look for my lawyer to file a lawsuit for attacking the health of clients

I try to avoid this Chipotle now because waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is a regular occurrence. They are simply not staffed enough to keep up with evening demand. I did find a bug in my lettuce once, but this is a known issue with it I think.
