I came in one hour before closing on Monday and there was a trainee and we ordered a burrito nd wanted bbq meat not the pork meat and we just pointed t the product that thought was bbq. Next time she should just give a solution and not fight about who fault was it instead of leaving with a wrong customer service. The whole team needs to help each other and not be selfish with customers

Rice is undercooked and weirdly salty. I know chipotle’s quality can vary from location to location but even at some of the worst chipotles I’ve been to I have never got rice this bad. Portion sizes were inconsistent certain ingredients I got more of than I normally am served and other ingredients they skimped on even after asking for extra. There were also a couple of ingredients that were burnt in my bowl, I enjoy a nice char but these were way past that.I would have been willing to look past the subpar food and give this location a second chance if it wasn’t for the fact that they didn’t hand me a fork or spoon and there was none available in the dining room. They have like 6 containers for utensils and all were empty which means they have probably been out of them for days. If they can’t be bothered to refill their utensils it makes you wonder what else they aren’t doing.The location down the street is 10 times better than this one.Edit: I will give them credit on one thing they do not have roaches unlike recent reviews have mentioned. I didn’t see any bugs in the store and the picture someone else posted of a “roach” was clearly not a roach, maybe some type of beetle but looks nothing like a roach.
I am from Montgomery County & when you ask for extra meat (you’re paying for it) , they are still stingy as hell) The Laurel location, Hands down is the best Chipotle in Maryland . They are very professional, give you exactly what you ask for and although there may be a long (dinner) line , they still provide quick service so it’s not a long wait at all. Enjoy!

Went on Wednesday 1/31/2024 with my family. My daughter went to the fountain to get lemonade and a roach came out of the fountain and into her cup. I went and told management and they did not shut the fountain down and quickly gave me a bottled drink instead. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I came here for lunch. The tables were filthy, making it impossible to dine in. I also ordered a beverage--all of the drinks were empty with the exception of Lemonade and Watermelon Limeade, which was low and almost empty (shown below). The steak was cooked too long which made it tough, the black beans were bland with no flavor, and hardly no selection of organic flavored drinks. Lastly, employees were trying to give me HALF of the standard portion size for our quesadilla sides. The whole experience was exhausting to say the least. Nevertheless, I won't come back to this location again. I wish I would've read the reviews before I came and wasted my money. I later read how previous customers shared their grievances about employees not filling the food pockets for the sides, and the cafeteria area being filthy and roach infested. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, HEALTH, OR MONEY!!!!

I avoid this Chipotle whenever I can. My kid likes to order the "Kids Quesadilla Meal" however, they consistently are inflexible about filling all three of the pockets in his kids meal tray. He wants "cheese, rice, green salsa." Staff always tell him no, you only get two. Lately it's changed to "no you only get two, and one of them has to be beans or meat." Then I have to negotiate whether he gets a second or third topping. Chipotle prices are EXPENSIVE. How is it so hard to fill the third pocket without fuss? I don't want to argue with fast-food staff when I'm tired and hungry. It's stupid and awful customer service.This location is also often pretty dirty in the dining area. I recommend looking for a different Chipotle or fast food option. There are plenty of choices in the area!Note to Chipotle Corporate / Scott. I have previously contacted Chipotle through the Contact form about the specifics of this ongoing issue with the Kids' meal. I am frustrated and want to make sure others are aware of the issue. I'd love to hear that Chipotle has fixed the issue with Kids meal flexibility.
