I contacted Gabby( manager) o about an error with my take out order. Immediately she accepted responsibility for the mishap, gave an explanation as to how it may have happened and made me fresh food. The server did say the BLT WAS NO Longer on the menu but attempted to satisfy me as a customer. All around this is great customer service!!! Kudos to them both.

Very disappointed with a recent DoorDash delivery order from this location (4.14.24 around 12am). I ordered a single cheeseburger meal and chicken tender appetizer. Delivery came within 30 minutes. As you can see in the photos, my burger was wrapped to-go with only one end of the bun‼️ Who carelessly wraps a customers order like this when there was no special request made?! I now have to eat a burger with only one end of the bun smh. No issues with my fries or chicken tenders, but I’m even more irritated now that no one is picking up the phone to assist me in rectifying this situation as I am unable to drive while on bed rest. Complete poor customer service by this location!Update: I have been now calling for an hour. Called and someone answered and immediately placed me on hold for almost 10 min - I hung up. Then attempted to call back several times now, but yet no one is picking up. Will be calling to address this with a manager during daytime hours because this is unacceptable seeing as though this location is open 24 hours‼️

I used to frequent iHop for breakfast. However, they some of the worst customer service in the restaurant business and the wait time is ridiculous. That’s when I decided to give Denny’s a try and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and the food. Not to mention the prices are much more reasonable. The line move quickly. I have to wait no more than 15 minutes on Sunday mornings. The food comes out in less than 15 minutes. This has been my go to spot for breakfast for the last 6 months or so.
