Today I went to this Dunkin' place since it is very close to my house. I had the worst experience of my life in this place since I ordered an ice cream and there was little cone left, they didn't give me the right amount, perfect, no problems, but it turns out that one of the cashiers with her blonde wig left a hair of her in my ice cream. I went and came back to tell him that I didn't want that ice cream and that he should give me my money back. which she had to call his manager to help her. That person has very bad customer service and throws things away. She goes to the back angry to talk and not only that, it is assumed that in any food place, as well as in restaurants, all the staff are mandatory wearing hair nets for the same reason so that their hair does not fall into the food that they eat. It is something very unpleasant. and finally I'm talking to my girlfriend in another language which she doesn't even understand what we're saying and she starts insulting me. If the manager was a person of character and a fair person and a person who cared about the business, this person would fire her immediately because he was right on the line on the phone when he heard everything she told me, she is a person who has no control. Last time I go to that place. I hope you take this message very serious because just as it happened to me, I imagine it will also happen to other people and you have to look after your interests and take care of your business and employee assets, so have a good day.

The black female with the blonde hair needs help with customer service. Although I was in line to buy something and it was taking a bit longer I asked her for the code to restroom and while she’s on FaceTime with a friend she begins to tell me about their bathroom policy. She’s definitely not good for business.

Why they don't have an overall 5 stars? It must be because they don't have a drive thru. Outside of that fact they were A1! Gregory is amazing patient and he has made a way for this location to be the first for miles that knows how to properly make a macchiato! Jasmine also has great service she is very bubbly and cool! So many locations have disappointed me, but this location has stood true 2 days in a row!!!Parking: 10-12 parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Right near door the ground drops for wheelchair access. Only 1 handicap space though and the building is marked which I just realized today but the ground unfortunately is not.

A tall light skin lady with braids had a attitude and asked me if I was ok and yelled at me. This was horrible unnecessary behavior. People like her shouldn’t work in a Costumer service area.

How hard is it to get a donut order right? My order was not only wrong but the donuts did not taste fresh. If you are not in a rush you are better off walking in and pointing to what you want. Please don't get me started on their coffee. It was a warm cup of cream and sugar with a splash of coffee.

I should have posted this two months ago, but I want to finally acknowledge and thank London who works at this location for her excellent customer service. I came in one morning needing like 7 dozen donuts and 5 or 6 boxes of coffee and London went above and beyond to make it happen. Instead of treating me with annoyance for the last minute order, she assured me that she could get it done. I was beyond impressed and the teachers and staff at our school were so grateful. Thank you, London. You rock!

I came in one morning needing like 7 dozen donuts and 5 or 6 boxes of coffee and London went above and beyond to make it happen. Instead of treating me with annoyance for the last minute order, she assured me that she could get it done. I was beyond impressed and the teachers and staff at our school were so grateful.
