Asked for a latte & got a coffee. Paid almost $5 for this horrible tasting coffee. The one day i didnt have time to go to my local black owned coffee shop. But that’s what i get! Do yourself a favor and shop small businesses cause these corporations dont care one bit and of course there’s no customer service number or email to contact

The employees here are delightful and are the first smiles I see in the morning on my commute to work. The only constructive criticism I might add is the new menu / ordering board is SO bright. It is almost blinding in the morning before sunrise.

Drive thru Guy is difficult to deal with bad customer service each visit I can’t wait for the remodeling to be finished at the location near my job so I don’t come here anymore.
Went here not to long ago with my boyfriend and we both got a strawberry dragonfruit refreshers, the refreshers were pretty good but they did have more green tea than we would’ve liked and not as much of the strawberry flavor which kinda made them a little nasty.

Terrible service! Latino women took my order she spoke horrible English and could not understand her. The food was disgusting, burnt, and cold. Also messed my order up. After getting my food order correct she yelled at me telling me "My manager is so upset and is yelling at me." This place needs rehiring, training and new manager!

They got my order wrong and when I got home I the window they refused to correct. The manager Short Indian Lady was rude, dismissive and condescending. We ask get twice about our order and for her to verify our order. She told us yes drinks are coming but they never did. Name of the individual who was so rude to me is Manisha Patel. She claims to be the manager
It's a cold December morning and I needed something hot to drink. I choose to get in the drive thru at this store. I placed my order at the menu board, then proceeded to pay for my order and pick it up. The team member wasn't very attentive. After he gave me my drink I was asking for sugar as the glass doors of the pick up window closed. He walked away and I patiently waited. When he came back and opened the window, he asked me if I was paying by cash or card. And I asked him if I could have some sugar because I already paid for my food. As he was giving me the sugar, he told me he thought I was the next customer.
