The worst dunkin donut that I have been to, the store had customers there but it was t not that busy as they were making it, when I got to the cashier I asked her a CLEAR yes or no question and was told something that was not correct. I decided to go back to the register to ask again and was told no that’s not true, then the manager wanted to give me a nasty attitude like I was in the wrong and wasn’t so when I was looking for the lady who took my order she was gone, and instead of refunding me my money and giving me the difference back on my card he paid me back in cash which I do not like. I guess everyone there were just in a bad mood. NEVER AGAIN I’ll go to any other location then Laurel!

Horrible!!!!! Deserves -0 stars they do not make your order if you do Uber eats and turn off the phones so the customers can’t reach them absolutely sick they may not care about other peoples money but people like me who work hard for it do! Shame on this lazy employees who work here!

In this Dunking Donuts location, you'll find a bunch of clueless girls. Can't believe they don't see through the fake charm of those Goode Trash Company guys. Today, I saw one of them sitting in his flashy red truck, he was like waiting for someone . Seriously, they have zero respect for these girls. About two weeks ago, when one of the regular girls wasn't here, I saw this guy being rude to the staff. It's infuriating to witness such despicable behavior from these attention-seeking individuals. The coffe is good tho.

Everytime I come in here their rude. They never listen to how I want my order then get mad when I ask for them to remake it. Then when they remake it, it's still not how I ordered it. Thought I try again this morning and what I ordered wasn't what I was given once again. This place doesn't care about making the customers happy. Wouldn't suggest this location.

Love the coffee!! Staff are great. Need more store ventilation. Smelled like burned food. Had to go outside in the car to enjoy my coffee.
I drive past the other Duncan to come to thus one. Today a young lady with glasses ask me my name for my order then walk away and said nothing. Another employe in a hijab did the same thing. The Third employee finally waited on me and they were out of donuts. Felt very disregarded and disrespected.

I have to find another location. The one on Washington Blvd was not it. The strawberry doughnut was old, they didn't have to new raspberry watermelon flavor refresher and said it was discontinued. The caramel iced craze coffee went to the trash. I stopped at another Dunkin and got my drink. Many wasted but at least I gained some points. What a brightside ?

Been here many times but recently the lady cashier refused to provide service water anymore even if you’re dining in and willing to pay for it. You should buy their bottled water in store.
